When there is a ‘boss’ outside of you, you resign. When the boss is within, you surrender. There is a joy in surrender; there is a sense of defeat in resignation. Many sit back and do nothing, because they say, "I have surrendered." But, if in that surrender, there is a sense of ‘loss’, of defeat, of regret, of sorrow, you know it is a resignation. ‘Surrender’ can bring only Joy.
