Welcome to the world of Men, of Human Beings!
Unusual greeting, you may say, because you all seem to know already that you are human beings. And yet, here we are welcoming you to a world of human beings. We do this because we would like you to move away from your narrow world of human beings to the wider real world of human beings.
Your world of human beings consists of those who judge, condemn, criticize, are scornful. The real world of human beings is a world of loneliness, a world of deep need, a need to be loved, to be held, to be embraced, to be accepted. It is a world of such deep pain where another’s discovery or reflection of your inner pain makes it even more unbearable, for when you can see it in the other’s eyes, there is no place for you to run or escape.
The real world of human beings is not a world of love; it is a world of rejection, where each human being seeks to reject those who may have the slightest potential to cause them pain. Anyone that poses a threat to the very fragile, very delicate, extremely tenuous place of inner comfort has to be rejected. But every rejection is a double-edged sword, for every human being that you keep out is also a potential of love that you have closed doors to.
The world of human beings is a world of rejection, but the inner beingness of human beings is the beingness of love. It is with this paradox that you live each day of your life, for you are as lonely as that superstar who has a million fans, you are as scared as the president of a leading nation, you are as vulnerable as the bully who is aggressive at every opportunity.
Unless you open the doors to the real world of human beings that you live in, the rose-colored spectacles that still rest upon your eyes will not fall away. The rose-colored spectacles are a unique, unique instrument. They generally show you a rosy picture of yourself and an uglier one of the other. They do not show you the truth of hatred, the truth of rage, the truth of envy that is YOU!! Let us open these doors today and welcome you into the real world of human beings.
Let us start with envy. At first we must make it clear to you: there is no real human emotion called envy. Envy is not an emotion. It is a reaction, not an emotion, just as hatred is not an emotion but a reaction, just as rage is not an emotion but a reaction. You may, if you wish to loosely use the words, call these feelings; but you cannot call them emotions.
The only emotion that there exists in this world, human and non-human, is the emotion of love. There is no other emotion in the human world or the non-human world. The emotion of love runs through you along with your bloodstream. The word prana refers to nothing else but the emotion of Divine Love that runs through your physical bloodstream. When you are not aware of this prana, of this Divine Love emotion that runs through your bloodstream, you occupy a place that is filled with, what you have called, fear. Fear is not the absence of love, for you can have no such occurrence, event or happening. Wherever you go your blood goes, wherever your blood goes so does love. Fear is the absence of awareness of the constant presence of Divine Love.
There is no such occurrence as absence of love. Love is eternal, love is omnipresent, love is constant. Another interesting truth about love: it neither grows stronger nor does it diminish. You can neither love one more and the other less. It is as amusingly childish as if you said, “She breathes in more and she breathes in less.” You cannot love more or less. Love is constant. There is only one unchanging factor in the universe and that unchanging factor is love.
Now do not confuse love with affection, for they are as far apart as the human world and the non-human world. Affection can be stronger and weaker, more and less, can ebb and wane and rise. Love is constant. With which organ is Affection felt?
Heart
With the heart? NO! Only with the mind! Affection cannot be felt with the heart. The heart is the pump of the bloodstream that holds the prana which is Divine Love. How can the heart feel anything else but love?
It is the mind that experiences affection and it is the same mind that experiences lack of affection. And when this mind experiences lack of affection, it translates it into lack of acknowledgement of ‘who I am’; that is lack of self-acknowledgment. It is from this lack of self-acknowledgment, that arise the reactions of hate and rage and envy. All have one single root: the lack of acknowledgement of who I am.
Now do not intellectualize dear one, and state, “I do not need another’s acknowledgement. I am full.” If you were full, you would have not one moment of reaction. You would live in a state that you have given a wonderful word to: the state of bliss.
Bliss is a state of response, where there is no reaction. That is why the state of bliss is an unmoving state. It is still. If you didn’t understand stillness you might mistake it for stagnancy. Stillness is the most dynamic state of being and that is what is heightened: the dynamism of bliss is heightened when there is no reaction. For every reaction, the smallest to the largest, from the most acknowledged and recognized and expressed, to that which is completely denied and ignored, all reaction is instantly measured by the lack of stillness, for if your stillness moves away by even one hair’s breadth, you are in a state of reactivity and that state of reactivity draws to it, instantly, experiences of the lack of acknowledgement of who I am.
Why?
Yes, you may question why. Why does disequilibrium draw in experiences of lack of acknowledgement of who I am? Because equilibrium and stillness is a state that you can enter into only when you acknowledge who I am….FULLY.
Beloveds, that hair’s breadth of reaction is not a reaction to the outside world; it is a reaction to the inside world. And as this hair’s breadth gets wider, and as the state of disequilibrium moves further and further and further away from the central spot of the heart that constantly pumps the bloodstream and Divine Love, the less and less and less do you acknowledge who you are, and the less and less and less do you see the real world of others: the world of the same inner pain of lack of acknowledgement of who I am.
How many of you can honestly state that you are in a state of bliss?
None. Then whether you have moved this much away from the state of bliss (shows a very narrow distance between the hands), or this much away from the state of bliss (the arms are held far apart), it’s all a matter of perception. If you can see this truth, just this one truth, if you can see just this one truth --- lack of acknowledgement of who I am --- the Divine Love emotion that is constantly flowing through you, in your bloodstream, will instantly take over your behavior, your mind, your heart, your body, your soul, your everything. But for this, you must be in a state of constant awareness that the world of human beings that you occupy is a world of pain, and that this pain comes from the lack of acknowledgement of who I am.
But awareness alone is not enough. It must be followed by the responsibility of service by and to each human being as a divine soul that is embodied on Earth; the responsibility of service. What greater service can you give another, but to help them acknowledge who they are? But, how will you help them acknowledge who they are, if you are in a constant state of judgment, of condemnation, of non-forgiveness? And, yet, we empathize with you and understand your difficulty completely, for you can’t help being in this state, for you are in that same state of lack of acknowledgment, and another’s words and actions have only reminded you that you do not know who you are. So react from your patterns: condemn and scorn and envy and criticize and abuse. This seems like a Catch 22 situation for which there seems no answer. But there is. There is!
And that brings us back to the beginning: welcome to the world of human beings. Step out of your world. Step into another’s world. The time for you to have resolved your inner pain, beloved ones, has gone. You have the last two months left to do this: November and December. You have the last two months to do this. Come 2009, the year of Right Human Relations, you must, must coerce yourself, at every point in the NOW, to live in another’s world so that you experience their lack and help them move away from it.
And, here, you will rightfully ask, “But how will I help another move away from it if I am still caught in it?” True! True! True! If you are hearing and reading these words, it is because your time for service has come. IT IS HERE!!! The moment that you chose to move out of your narrow world into the world of others is here. You chose this moment, and you cannot deny it now!! And many, many will read these words, but each one will read them, hear them, only when their moment dawns upon them!
And you, beloved ones, were given all these long years to acknowledge self. You were urged again and again and again and you heeded not our words, or you heeded them but partially. The universal energies now compel you into service. If service is not readily and willingly emanated, radiated, you will be in a most uncomfortable position in the next year, for each time you judge, each time you criticize, each time you condemn, your experience of your own lack of acknowledgement of who I am, will be the most severe that you have experienced. Beloveds, this is no threat, none. We urge you to listen to our words as words of caution that come from the Divine Element of Love.
Each word, each thought that is radiated from you will ricochet back to you, to the same level that you did not understand the other’s pain and help in its resolution by ways physical or energetic; to that same level will your lack of acknowledgment of who I am be perceived and experienced by you. This is the meaning of ‘I for an I’ and it has nothing to do with revenge for this I must acknowledge the other I.
You have two months. Use these only to address your lack of acknowledgement of who I am, for the more you acknowledge who you are, to that same extent will you stop the judgment, the blame, the criticism.
Starting with 2009, the only way to attain bliss, the only way to attain bliss, is through service. Your classes and your lectures, and your talks and your meditations will be useless, if they are not backed by genuine service. Light workers, we urge you to ask yourselves WHY you are doing what you are. What part of your ego is being stroked, what personal needs are being met, by the work you do. Remember, if this is so, to the smallest degree, these are mere tasks, not service. The only service that there is, that there ever can be, is service rendered to another to acknowledge who they are. And it is acceptable even if your acknowledgement of who you are is, in a sense, not full, for in its full state, the I am God acknowledgement brings in complete and utter bliss, state of non-reaction. So even if you are not in a fullness of that state, work upon reaching there, for it has rightly been said: if you reach for the Sun, you will certainly get the stars.
Each time you cannot acknowledge I AM GOD, the song you sang (referring to Nandanie’s song….I am Shiva….sung before the meeting) will it remain merely a song. Each time you cannot acknowledge that, pause in your reaction and look at yourself through our eyes, for from this side of this room, we see only Gods; beings of the most magnificent divine power, beings of the most exquisite divine love and beings of the most intense divine forgiveness. Look at yourself through our eyes for in our eyes you will see your truth.
Blessings of the Karmic Board!
