Before proceeding, we will take any questions you might have on what has been discussed so far.

Do we have to assimilate both core issue and strand simultaneously?

We already told you that core issues relate to your psyche. The strand or strands that have been given to you, as your responsibility to assimilate, are known to you as you choose the persona. Persona is based on the psyche. So strands are given to you. You cannot choose, a spirit being cannot choose the strand to work with. The strands choose the spirit being for the strands come first and the spirit being is created or creates itself around the strands.

Its first and most significant tool is the central core: Consciousness in awareness. So spirit beingness starts with the central core. Consciousness in awareness is, at that time, the entire spirit beingness, for the rest of spirit beingness, the psyche, the persona, the mind, the characteristics have not yet formed. Consciousness in awareness is now aware of the strands which need to be assimilated into the core. Are you with us?

Yes!

Knowing and becoming aware of the strands that need to be assimilated, Consciousness in awareness begins to choose the psyche and the persona.

When the psyche has to be chosen, just as the seed spirit beingness is the core, the seed of the psyche is the core issue. How do you choose the core issue? Recall: strands that are given to you may or may not be parts of what you, in whatever minute form you still exist, they may have come from one spirit beingness alone or several. You do recall that.

Yes.

You also recall that of all the strands given to you, there will always be a predominant influencing volume of strands that comes from a spirit beingness. The core issue, the core, the seed of the psyche that you will now choose will take its root in the spirit beingness from whom, so to speak, you have received the predominant volume of strands. So if you have received 2 strands left unassimilated and you are attempting to make this simple in explanation: assume you have been given 2 strands left unassimilated by A and three strands left unassimilated by B and 50 strands left unassimilated by C, then the seed that is the core issue around which now the rest of your psyche will be created, will have roots in C’s psyche and not in A or B.

And therefore, what you consider as past life memories, which recall we have told you are conjured up for you, will be conjured up by events experienced by that C. But at no point are you C, for C does not exist anymore except and inasmuch as the unassimilated strands. Are you with us so far?

Yes.

So the psyche begins to get formed around the seed of the core issue. Once the psyche is formed, and the psyche consists of both aspects of the living mind, its unconscious and its subconscious. Intellectual mind is not part of the living mind; it is part of the persona. So when you state that the mind has 3 levels, you are, in fact, confusing 2 aspects of your beingness. Intellectual mind is restricted to the persona. Subconscious and unconscious are completely in the realm of the living mind, which controls the creation of the psyche.

The psyche consists of emotion, the psyche consists of ability to respond and react, the psyche consists of the ability to fight or flee; all is created. So your psyche could have chosen the ability to fight, whereas her psyche could have chosen the ability to flee. The psyche now, having been completed, now starts the persona, the entire psyche becoming the seed for the persona. So if you, in your creation of psyche, have created the ability to fight, the persona must therefore choose aggression, assertion, outward exterior ability to stand up and say your piece.

So the strand and the core issue do get simultaneously resolved, to an extent yes, because if you have to assimilate the strand, the only place to start is the psyche.

You said my strand is suffering to belonging. If I belong of Consciousness, for Consciousness, by Consciousness assimilation takes place. I started assimilation through Divine Righteousness. If assimilated, what happens?

As soon as one strand lies completely assimilated, another comes to the fore. When all strands are completely assimilated, there is no need for human life.

But my main strand has been assimilated.

One of your main strands. You have worked with the most difficult.

Does one work with more than one core issue and resolve it in one lifetime?

Core issue is one seed. If you are talking about issues, which we will now make it easier by calling them ‘subsidiary’ or ‘secondary issues’ arising out of the core issue, they are separate. There is a root and then there are branches.

So there is one core issue and there are branches of that.

That is absolutely right!

So belonging is a subsidiary?

For you (S) and for her (N) it is a strand. For someone else, it could be an issue. You do not have so many words in your dictionary to say: always will belonging be a strand.

For us, is it a subsidiary strand?

It is a strand, an extremely vital, significant strand; not the core issue and definitely not the subsidiary issue.

If we feel we are ready to look at the core issue, how do we do it?

If you feel you are ready to look at a core issue, for you (N) and when we say you, beloved, we are looking at your intellectual mind, which tells you: I am ready, which 99 times out of a 100 tells you: I am ready. The ‘I’ who has to be ready is the Living Mind. It is the soul choice of the Living Mind to activate the core issue. And when it does, the psyche comes up into such violent activation because if the core issue is activated, every single subsidiary issue is activated as well.

So it just comes up?

It is experienced.

I was told my criticism to acceptance is an issue.

Strand.

How do the Akashic Records work with the strands?

Good question! It can further our meeting. Everyone has now understood strands, core issues, psyche and persona. You will now not confuse them with each other, nor will you confuse intellectual mind with the 2 aspects of living mind.

Once again, we are going to make our talk picturesque for understanding. Consider your Akashic Records like a large filing cabinet, a cabinet that is well secured and locked so that none of its secrets come trickling out. Only those who have the key, and there is not one key; every part of the Akashic Records has a separate key; depending upon the key you have, you can only open that part of the Akashic Record or those parts.

Each strand is held within these individual cabinets, which form part of this large filing system.

Do you recall we had earlier told you that the unassimilated strands are, so to speak, kept aside? Where would they be kept aside? In the Akashic records. Most misunderstand that the Akashic Records are records of your soul history. They are records of the unassimilated strands history. So if there is a strand of greed, lying unassimilated, and if it has been entrusted to a 100 spirit beings of whom 98 have not assimilated it, then 98 records of its non-assimilation will be filed in a separate cabinet and 2 in a separate cabinet. Only picturesque speak; there is no one taking anything and putting it away.

Now, when you are being made aware of the Akashic Records, and this process is allowed only with the complete, complete acquiesce of Living Mind, of Soul as well as Intermediary Soul, for to give a key of a record of this nature, you must have reached assimilation in different areas, which is power.

Spirit being must be that powerful?

That is right, for Soul and Intermediary Soul and Living Mind all to acquiesce and say: yes.

Then the Akashic Records of that strand or of those strands will be allowed to you. But there are 98 histories of greed, in our example. So which history will be shown to you? That which comes closest to your own core issue.

So you choose the core issue before the strand?

You do not choose the strand, beloved.

Was my rejection a part of my psyche before belonging was entrusted to me?

No, beloved. Strand of belonging was already given to you. When it was given to you, the ‘you’ that it was given to was only the central core, at that time.

Consciousness in awareness.

So you, as Consciousness in awareness, were entrusted with this strand. Consciousness in awareness studied this strand and went back to the Akashic Record in order to see the predominance. Based on the predominance, you chose your core issue, which means: Consciousness in awareness is slowly churning Itself into Consciousness in non-awareness. From core issue you then branched into other issues, creating your psyche, Consciousness in non-awareness getting stronger and taking a foothold. From psyche you chose persona, Consciousness in non-awareness becoming complete.

It is almost like: Consciousness in awareness putting on its clothes, for you are complete without putting on your clothes as well. But you do not show yourself to others without your clothes. So Consciousness in awareness shows itself to all with its clothes of Consciousness in non-awareness; the undergarments being the psyche, the outer garments being the persona. Do you keep your undergarments well hidden? Are you ready to show them to all the world? But are you not ready to flaunt your external garments? Do you understand?

Let’s say assimilation has taken place. The personality has certain desires.

The psyche has desires.

OK. So does that come in the category of unassimilated energy?

No! The reason why we say ‘no’ is: it could or it could not. So let us explain that: Desires must be explained to you. Many of the scriptures have given you statements like: ‘all desires keep you trapped in your persona.’ But these statements were necessary when this kind of information and truth was not in the foray of human awareness.

Now let us understand desires. There are 2 realms of desires: the desire that is held in the psyche, in the psyche can be 1) the desire for the core issue removal. Core issue removal naturally translates into desire of assimilation of strand. You might, if you wish to call it, a soul based, soul influenced desire.

What is my desire of a home for me?

Your (S) desire to assimilate the strand. The home is the physical, persona-based desire. Both come and merge in the core issue, both continue and merge in the strand. But the soul-based desire has no external, tangible, material focus. Its focus, its desire is to assimilate and become part, to be inclusive of the central core. A persona-based desire is always external focused. It often leads you away from the central core. Now those are the desires which, if they entrap you, can lead you into greater non-assimilation but which, if you are disciplined and can enjoy the desire in full discipline, will not lead to assimilation but will certainly not lead to non-assimilation.

How will knowing those 98 records help me?

You will not, beloved, be given the 98 histories. You will be given that one that will be closest, as we said to your core issue.

That will be my reference point.

That is correct! Giving you 98 would be too much information that would, in fact, lead you to disarray.

If there is no external manifestation of the core desire, then how do we manifest that?

We have mentioned that not at all. There is always a manifestation of the core issue. Always is there a manifestation of the core issue. You may not recognize it is a different subject.

Sorry Master. What I asked was that the core desire that you just mentioned…

The soul-based desire. Do not use the word core desire; soul-based desire and persona-based desires. Soul-based desire is 1) to be inclusive and included in the central core.

If it does not have an external manifestation…

It has an external manifestation in the fact that you are living, breathing and eating for you have taken human existence only to assimilate.

Will help us recognize or give us an idea of understanding what the core issue is?

It would be very difficult, beloved, because each one would have a different one.

I agree! But just the base of recognition.

We can give you generalizations. 1) belonging. The need to belong. In the human realm, the need to be part of another is acute for male and female energies are running parallel but separate. But the desire is: unity. The unity translates into belonging for it comes from a belief: if I belong to you, then I am not separate. I am in union.

Then there could be another generalization: the need to be you, as an individual, separate from all others. This is the other end of the spectrum and very common. The need to be singular. All those you perceive as rebellious, those who will flaunt their differences have the need to show to the world: I am me. I am not you. Whereas the need to belong says: Make me you.

Now where does this core issue emanate from? I am me! In the unity, there is no distinction, so there is a fear of non-existence, for if I am all, I am nothing and in that ‘I am nothing’ comes the fear that if I am nothing, I don’t exist; the ‘I’ of course coming f the so-called smaller ‘i’. So there is a need to experience the lower self. If that is a core issue, such an individual must be allowed full liberty to experience the lower self and no attempt must be made to redeem the lower self by the higher self. Such an individual will run away from meditation for meditation forces the individual to merge with the large. I must exist. Such individuals find it very difficult to be hypnotized, for again, the process of hypnotism really makes you merge with the large for which you conjure up information.

How does such an individual assimilate?

We are talking of the core issue, beloved; not the strand. The strand could be of greed, the strand could be of loneliness, the strand could be of betrayal. We are referring right now, to answer to your question to generalizations of the core issue.

Then we have another generalization: the need to be who you are not. One of the most difficult core issues: the need to be who you are not. There is a constant denial of self. Self-rejection is acute. The intellectual mind is in delusion.

Now let us understand the larger picture of this core issue: the need to be who you are not. Why would it be chosen? It is chosen when you choose, when spirit being chooses to work on strands from a completely contrary point of view. E.g. To work on greed by being completely greedy but believing that one is a benefactor.

It’s convoluted.

That is what it would appear to be but it is a chosen path; not very often, but chosen. Such individuals, as men, appear very effeminate, as women appear manly, as women might even have facial hair, as men, might grow breasts. Even in their physicality, I am not what I am. You can’t understand how difficult such an existence is, for such individuals are very rarely understood and most often condemned, scorned, derided, tormented.

Then you have another generalization: do not live. If the predominant strands come from a spirit being and a spirit being and a spirit being whose Akashic Record consistently and that assimilation, that strand of assimilation is generally, more generally than not, the unassimilated strand of death. For death is not a reality and you have to assimilate that into the central core; the human realm has to assimilate that into the central core. In the struggle to assimilate, they experience death through violent means, they experience suicide, they experience loss through death. It is as though spirit beingnesses that have taken that assimilated strand and left it unassimilated, have constant

So the core issue is: do not live, for if you should then you will die. So they resist life at each stage. They refuse to be happy. Success, for them, cannot be allowed to take place and they create their own hurdles. They will take on self-destructive personas. They are easiest prone to activities and to drugs or drinks, anything that will give them the promise of death, including such sports that have a very high-risk factor attached. But there is a reason: for in leaping off a 25 storey building, without a parachute, and surviving, a little bit of death is being assimilated. If I choose not to die, I live. They meet death or its potential and overcome death and its potential and that is the only assimilation. But in that they must persevere.

Lifetime after lifetime.

There is no lifetime. Spirit being after spirit being.

Yes, because the moment you jump off without a parachute…

It is a strand which lies unassimilated, again and again and again.

Inaudible.

For in its assimilation, death has to be faced; potential of death has to be faced.

Would committing suicide assimilate it?

Not at all! They have, in fact, the core issue: do not live.

Can the psyche make you stray away from the strand?

Almost always does. And yet not stray away, beloved. But makes you so entrapped in the issues that you do not realize that assimilation is the purpose. So in that sense, stray away.

On assimilation, you said, the light quotient becomes stronger.

Enlightenment!

These days we are getting books on secrets of manifestation, etc. Does this work?

Manifestation is simply the light quotient getting stronger and stronger. You heard yesterday of what seemed, to you, like a miracle. No miracle! It just seemed a miracle for it was so large an event. But you have all created these instant manifestations, in your lives, again and again and again. But because they do not happen to attack, let us say, your eyesight or your life, you do not perceive it as a manifestation.

Manifestation occurs in a moment, when the light quotient sparks into a new elevated level of light. In that moment! Let us explain this: you have, let us again only as a matter of talking, let us assume you have a light quotient of 54%. You read a book or you watch a movie or you have done a meditation or you have taught someone something or you have healed or you have been healed; any one of these several, several events. In one moment of one such event, there is a level of assimilation on the strand you are working on currently; on no other strand. For this you must now remember you not only assimilate the strand you are working on currently; you are in a constant state of assimilation; even those strands that have not been activated are still being assimilated. But for the light quotient, it has to be the assimilation of the currently activated strand, for in that assimilation is conscious awareness. The unactivated strands are being assimilated unconsciously.

Now if there is one moment of even minute assimilation, there is a spark, so to speak, like 2 electric wires coming together and creating a spark. In that moment of spark, you create what your intent is in that moment. So for manifestation, what is essential is an ongoing assimilation. For sometimes, you might have noticed that what you wish to assimilate, what you wish to manifest, you try very hard and then all of a sudden, seemingly as easy as apple pie, it takes place. Why did it not manifest those 10 other times and it did the 11th time? Because in that 11th time, there was that moment of spark.

Psyche connected to soul.

Persona connected to psyche to (..) by understanding because understanding can remain at an intellectual level. In Consciousness, understanding is inherent.

Can we recognize those moments?

Oh, of course you do! You certainly do. Each one will have that moment of recognition. But of course you do!

Those are the moments of ‘Ah ha!’

It’s like a ‘Eureka’.

So when I do my soul searching and I get a little bit of Consciousness. Do you mean that at that moment I’ve assimilated a part of that?

That is right!

So reflection is (..) exercise.

Consistent reflection helps you to be aware of how much is left unassimilated. But what is also important is that consistent reflection makes you aware of how much you have assimilated and how much you have grown, which so often you ignore. For reflection must not only be on your deficiencies. Those are important but what is more significant is your evolvement which is continuous and which you so often completely blind yourself against.

An evolvement does not necessarily manifest itself as quick connection to the other side, as recognition of spirit, as becoming aware of energy. Evolvement has a far more substantial foundation than that. Evolvement manifests and expresses itself as tolerance and acceptance, empathy and humility and forgiveness and compassion. And those are far more vital than being able to sniff out a spirit in the room. Any ordinary dog can do that as well.

I feel I have to improve myself.

So you don’t have to be foolish.

I’m mostly focusing on the negative side.

Not only you, beloved. The focusing on the negative side is a common human trait. That is why you have so many doctors and lawyers, for people will run with a cold and a cough but will not stop to think that the rest of their body is strong enough to combat that cold and cough.

So you’re saying that I should focus on what I have achieved?

For 1 hour, ponder, reflect, contemplate, be aware, be conscious of deficiencies. For 5 hours, be conscious, be aware of the strengths you have to combat those deficiencies. For I there is tablet that the doctor can give you, there is a far greater tablet within your body which your body can give you to combat the headache. But you will run to the doctor because your only focus is on the headache, not on: what else does my body have to give me to combat headache?

And that is why you have so many people, in this world of yours today, who are making use, nay, abuse of this conditioning of human beings to trap them, to make them feel that they are less than who they are and thereby take full control of them, when all that that individual needs is to shift focus. When you focus on your deficiencies alone, you automatically start focusing on another’s deficiencies; but what is more dangerous is that you start focusing on another’s strengths and make them out to be demigods and not recognize them as Godhood, for you are Godhood as well. That is why human ideology.

How does assimilation work on the dynamics of the blueprint?

Good question! Every moment of assimilation, beloved, every moment of assimilation and more so every moment of conscious assimilation leads to an opening up of a different dimension of the blueprint. If you will recall: we had earlier told you blueprints have several dimensions. Every conscious moment and unconscious moment of assimilation opens up different dimensions of the blueprint. These come to you very, very strongly as physical realities but which you generally miss because you are caught in the conditioning of that one dimension that you had been focusing on earlier.

So in every event and in every situation, do not judge today by yesterday, for today might have opened up another dimension which, by your very lack of awareness and focus, will pass you by; the dimensions close and come back to what they were. Judge not any event today by what it was yesterday. In that, you allow the other dimensions to open up and show you its others facets, which did not exist in the old dimension.

So beliefs come in the psyche.

Beliefs are held neither in the psyche nor in the persona nor in the strand. They are part of your structure as a whole.

What do you do about that?

They are in your cells. And the only way you can help yourself to move out of deep-rooted, as you have called them, beliefs is to constantly review events, review persons. For what one would think of you, she would think of you of what she knew you 5 years ago and what she believed of you 5 years ago. Haven’t you found that someone you couldn’t abide now you find very endearing? Because you gave yourself a chance to review and another dimension of the blueprint of your interaction opened up for you, which you went along with. For had you gone along with the old feature of the old dimension of your interaction, you still would not be able to abide that person.

Because you’ve also changed.

Of course! Assimilation has to change you. You are a stronger central core with every assimilation. You have changed.

What about our beliefs?

Forget your beliefs. Review the event, review the person.

So it’s how I look at the event and the person today.

Not how you look at them for you could still be entrapped in the old dimension. But what is it today really?

How do I know really?

This chair had a broken leg so you constantly remind yourself: this chair is not to be sat upon; it will cause me hurt. Now this chair has been repaired but you still remind yourself not to sit upon that chair and you still consistently say: this chair has a broken leg.

So I have to realize the chair has been repaired.

That is it! That is the reviewal of the event today. So today when I see the chair, does it have a broken leg?

We have to see the reality as it is now.

Only as it is now.

Light quotient changes vibration.

That is right!

Vibration changes reality.

That is right!

Where does belief come in?

If you permit it to, as soon as you flow with the new reality, which in our words is: the new dimension of the blueprint, the belief changes.

What I’m getting is: I just work on my light quotient and assimilation and the dimensions change.

And that can be exactly the way you can work. But someone else might need to work in another way.

Vibration manifests?

Vibration helps to manifest.

Psyche changes?

Completely! Because core issue as well as subsidiary issues begin to dissipate in energy. So the joys held in the psyche are allowed to come up to the fore and the pains are allowed to settle down.

That’s mastery?

That is masterhood.

Earlier you had mentioned that we see strengths in some and make them into demigods and we give them our power, forgetting about our power. If I were to look at my Creatorhood alone how would my relationship with the masters change?

We have already taken you into a whole meeting about masters and who you think we are. Please go back and read that.

When we say: I am Shiva and then again we give our power to the master. There is some confusion there.

We are not asking for your power; that is why we never take it. It is you. There will be no true master, who has reached his assimilation, who will take your power even when offered.

Masters are not taking our power but we give our power away.

You give your power to the most ordinary domestic help in your home. They play a far greater role in your life than masters. It is easier said than done. To focus and be conscious of your Creatorhood is not only to look at one aspect but to start with every minute aspect. Getting stuck in a traffic jam and abusing the car in front has no Creatorhood. Masters are a far cry; to be really honest we do not even exist in your reality most of the time. So when you refer your Creatorhood, beloved, refer to your life with its daily tribulations. If those do not steal you of power, nothing will.

How does acceptance work in assimilation?

Acceptance leads you to be aware that you have unassimilation of strands, as does every single spirit beingness around you and just as your psyche has been created in order to meet this non-assimilation and convert it to assimilation, so have all psyches been created. In that awareness how can you judge her psyche, her persona that arises out of her psyche?

When you said: Masters do not even exist in our reality, what does that mean?

When you get stuck in a traffic jam, you do not think of masters and if you do, it is to say: clear the jam; very rarely to say: give me the patience to sit for 2 hours. We (read who ‘we’ are) often exist ‘conveniently’ for you.
