Meditation for Transformation and Transmutation by Ellaeenah 
(The entire meditation needs to be done very slowly) 

Enter your heart. Within your heart, air and the various divine essential oils that exist in their natural forms in your body. Allow this mixture of air and oil to move through your heart chakra.  
As it swirls around your heart chakra, 3 brilliant streams of light are seen to emerge from your heart, moving outwards: purple light of ascension/Divine Power, pink light of Divine Love/Unity, green light: Divine Wisdom/Buddhic Consciousness. As these 3 streams of light burst forth, your heart turns into the divine sacred heart.  
Into this sacred heart enters the energy of Archangel Michael: the energies of transformation. Breathe deeply. If you feel there is any resistance in your breathing pattern, instantly affirm that you are ready, willing for the transformation.  
Into this sacred heart now enter the energies of the whales and the dolphins: the greater understanding of realms that you did not even know existed. Breathe deeply, allowing these energies to enter and flood your mental body. Give permission to this energy to make you more liberal in your thinking, to free you of rigidity, stubbornness.  
Breathe in now the energies of the Maitreya Buddha: the Buddha of Awakening. If at this time you feel a gentle pain or a tug in your heart area, instantly affirm that you are ready and willing for the Divine Awakening.  
Very gently, all these energies, move downwards from the sacred heart into your solar plexus, opening and expanding your solar plexus to become the Divine Center of Cosmic Power.  
Breathe in the energies of Archangel Gabriel, King of Angels, holder of sovereign power. I AM GOD! May the Buddhic Consciousness of this Universal Truth enter every living cell of your beingness so that every word and action, thought and feeling is determined by your God choice. I AM GOD! When the solar plexus puts up a crisis of power, ask yourself only one question: What would God do just now?  
From the solar plexus, now the seat of your cosmic power, the energies flow up and down your spinal cord. In your spinal cord, we will now re-write a truth that humanity has been living with over times where we have lost even count of the years: “No more will we strive for peace without war. We will now strive for peace through kindness.” Keep repeating these words as the energies go up and down your spinal cord: ‘Peace through kindness. Peace through kindness. Peace through kindness.’  
The energies now move down your spinal cord, flooding your hara chakra, the navel chakra. With these energies now mingle the energies of Archangel Raphael transmuting your hara chakra into a divine cradle of universal light, a love that knows no face, that sees no colour, that recognizes no sex, no gender, no nation, no religion, no caste; a love that is boundless, timeless, untainted, ever-pure God Source.  
Breathe out the purple Ray of Divine Power. Breathe out the Divine Pink Ray of cosmic life, of Divine Love, the green Ray of Buddhic Consciousness. Together we are the universe. You are the God Source Embodiment that has opened its eyes to human suffering; a human being that not only knows the truth, but lives it day-to-day, a human being who does not only seek to be self-empowered, but seeks to empower others as self. You are a humaniversal being of light.  
Very, very gently, humaniversal being of light, open your eyes and welcome transmutation.

Good evening! 
Greetings of Goddess Durga! Very rarely, do you see me in this benign form. You have been conditioned to believe that my energies are mighty and therefore harsh, strong and therefore punitive. Durga is strong and mighty, but neither harsh not punitive.  
You may wonder why we are here today, but our energies enable transformation and transmutation. We are here to ask you to draw, as freely as you wish, upon our energies, and as you draw upon us, we will explain to you what many have not understood: What is transformation? What is transmutation? 
Transformation is not merely a change. T-R-A-N-S: meaning ‘beyond all set and known human boundaries’. That is transformation. You cannot transform from an impatient person to a patient one or a fearful person to a brave. That is not transformation. That is eradication of emotional and psychological hurdles that keep you from being who you really are.  
Transformation is a complete shift; not only being free of inner hurdles, but a complete shift in your thinking, in your speech, communication, in the way you relate to others, yes, even in the way you work, you handle your vocations, your professions, your jobs. If you are scared to transform because you fear what others will have to say when you do, transformation will not occur, for transformation needs fearlessly shifting tracks. And you must shift tracks midway, not wait for things to get over, and then choose another track. Transformation requires bringing to a complete and instantaneous halt all patterns of stultifying thought, hurtful words, fearful, fear-based potential crippling action.  
Transformation involves complete knowing that only you create what you wish for. Transformation means never seeking help in manifestation, for you know only you can. If there is something you wish to manifest, how can you ask another if it is right for you to manifest it? It is your manifestation. It is your energy, your power, your intent, and your direction alone that will bring forth the glorious divine reality of a potential that lies untapped before you.  
And when you have transformed thus, when you have shifted tracks from human to divine, utterly and completely, then there is transmutation. Transmutation involves every level of your beingness and existence. You will transmute, not only emotionally and mentally, you will transmute physically. You will become what a human being was always meant to be: immortal.  
Ah! We are not foolishly promising you a never-ending life. Transmutation gives the ultimate Divine Right to a living embodiment to leave his body at will, at the instant he should so desire. That is immortality: when a transformed being is aware that a task has been completed, the transmutated being can say, “I choose spirit beingness without embodiment.” And so it shall be in that moment. And then the passage is gentle and calm, the shutting of eyes and allowing your body to rest.  
And what is being asked of you today is not mere change in hurdles. Durga does not ask you to merely shift your hurdles. She commands transformation. She commands your ultimate transmutation. 
Stop being satisfied by being ‘better’ than what you are now. Do not rest till you are the best, till your transmutated beingness knows that there is not a shred in you that can be called untapped potential. Durga admires the brave who can shout to the world, “My heart is open. Strike your arrows and I will hold them all and send them back to you as flowers.”  
What is fear? Pshaw! Nothing! Nothing! Fear does not exist. There is fear when you exist in order to be admired by the world. There is fear when you live in order to be validated by the world. There is fear when you live scared that you will lose. When your life is directed by loss, fear is the deity you worship.  
Questions, questions and questions! That is what you occupy yourself with. But, the answers you do not live by. We offer you nothing today, we give you nothing, we wish to take nothing. We only come to tell you that on Durga’s tiger is an empty space. It can be occupied only by one who is Durga: Divine Love, Divine Power and Divine Wisdom. It is not the place for a human being, however ‘better’ you might become. It is not the place for a human being. It is the place for Durga.  
Can you believe that you can be Durga? Do you believe that you already ARE? Stop looking to merely ‘better’ yourself; that requires minimal effort and very little Divine Courage. Seek to transform and transmute so that from your eyes shine Divine Light: a light that is so real in its sparkle and glow that it can illuminate all only by one look.  
You already have the trishul within you. You have a heart, you have a mind and you have a soul. That is your trishul. There is one place on Durga’s tiger. Will it be yours?
