Before we start this Earth healing energy exercise, let us declare our intention to serve our Mother Earth, to heal her wounds, to facilitate in clearing her energy spaces, to empower her, enrich her and strengthen her.

By the power of your breath, gather your energies to the crown chakra. Allow your energies to be gathered very strongly in a pinpoint focus.

 By the power of Divine Will, command that the crown chakra open itself below Mt. Shasta. Permit a surge of your energies out from the crown chakra to the heart of Mt. Shasta below the Earth. Way, way below the foot of Mt. Shasta lies the energy heart of this strong divine mountain. Your energies begin to swirl with the core of Mt Shasta, the heart vortex of this immense mountain beginning to spin clockwise. Strongly focus upon this spinning movement as the energies move upwards in a corkscrew motion, upwards through the mountain and pouring out from its peak.

A part of the energies of the heart of Mt. Shasta that pour out from the peak of the mountain enter into your own crown chakra: a beautiful energy exchange between you and Mt. Shasta.

By the power of your breathing, gather your energies to a pinpoint focus within the 3rd eye. By Divine Will, command the energies of the 3rd eye to open itself to the heart of Mt. Kailash which lies several hundred miles below the Earth. With the power of your 3rd eye energies, begin to spin the heart energies of Mt. Kailash. Empower the spiralling energies to move upwards, breaking free of the surface of the Earth, leaving the peak of the mountain in a clockwise spiralling motion.

Apart of the heart energies of Mt. Kailash that pour out of its peak now enter your 3rd eye chakra in perfect energy exchange.

Now draw all your energies into the throat chakra. Let your throat chakra be vibrant, strong and radiant. The stronger the energies of the throat chakra, the stronger will be the heart centre spiral of the Earth’s vortex. By Divine Will command the throat chakra energies to open itself to the heart centre of Mt. Sinai. With the energies of your throat chakra spin the heart centre energies of Mt. Sinai so that these heart energies spiral upwards, out of the Earth’s surface, pouring out of the peak of Mt. Sinai, bathing the Earth with its power.

A part of the energies outpouring from Mt. Sinai enter your throat chakra, giving it the power of divine truth, in perfect energy exchange.

By the power of your breath, gather all your energies into the heart chakra. By Divine Will command that the heart chakra energies open themselves up, in a powerful surge, into the heart depths of Lake Titicaca. Strongly empower the heart centre of this most sacred lake. Swirl the energies of the heart centre of this lake in a clockwise spiral, so that the energies come out of its depths, breaking free of the surface of the lake, empowering all the water bodies of Earth.

A part of the strong energies that have rushed out of the surface of Lake Titicaca enter your heart chakra, illuminating it with love, oneness, togetherness, peace and harmony, in perfect energy exchange.

By the strength of your breath, turn your attention to the solar plexus chakra and gather all your energies there. By Divine Will, command the solar plexus chakra energies to empty themselves into the heart centre of Kashmir. Strongly spiral the energies of this heart upwards so that it breaks free of the surface of the Earth.

A part of the strong energies of the heart of Kashmir enter your solar plexus chakra, in perfect energy exchange.

By the power of your breath, gather your energies into the navel chakra. By Divine Will, command the navel chakra energies to open themselves into the heart of the continent of Africa. Spiral the energies of this heart centre very strongly, for it is responsible for the creation of new Earth energies. Facilitate the spiralling energies to corkscrew their way out of the deep depths of the heart of Africa, out of the surface of the Earth.

A part of the energies of divine creation from the heart centre of Africa enter your navel chakra, in perfect exchange.

By the power of your breath, gather all your energies in the root chakra, your base, your grounding, your deepest Earth connection. By Divine Will, command that the energies of the root chakra open themselves into the heart of Australia. Spiral the energies from the heart centre of Australia, facilitating their corkscrew movement, upwards and out through the surface of the Earth.

A part of the spiralling energies that have broken free from the surface of the Earth enter your root chakra, in perfect exchange.

We have received strong Earth energies within us. Combine, mingle and merge, completely, all the energies received. Through the power centres of the 3rd eye, the heart and the solar plexus release these combined energies very strongly to the region of the oil spill. (Note: You may release these energies to any part of the Earth that you wish to heal. You may, enfold the Earth completely, if you wish to proceed with a general Earth healing….Ell) Do not focus upon the top layers of the Earth, which have already lost their living energy.

The energies will find their level naturally. Where the energies come to rest, create a sacred shield that will stop further destruction of the living energy of this area. Remove any traces of destruction that you may see filtering inwards and downwards. Make this shield extremely strong. Let it extend outwards for miles. Let this shield also extend upwards and outwards around the entire region so that the destructive effects of the spill do not send their entrails to other places on Earth.

With your energies, completely isolate the area. Once the area is isolated, the Earth Mother will know how she needs to gently free herself from this isolated area.

Draw your attention back to your chakric system ensuring that it is still in perfect alignment, before you open your eyes.
