Recognition and working with rays is empathizing with another. You have moved beyond mere sympathy. You have moved beyond kindness. You have moved beyond mercy. You have moved beyond human love, and you have moved beyond all of these to an extent that you are not even aware of. We now wish you to be aware of your growth, to be completely conscious of that which is now yours by right to command. We wish you to be aware that you have taken your first steps into the hierarchy. Each one, who has worked so hard for so long, you are welcome into the hierarchy. You are present with us, never to return.
By empathizing with another, you only expand your power and focus it to a grid that is the personal joining point of yours and the others. Now this is something you must all understand. You all know that there is a personal grid and you all know that there is a cosmic grid. There is a personal grid, a personal cosmic grid, and a universal cosmic. No grid exists in separation. Each grid is touched at each point by every other existing grid, so yes; your grid is touching millions of others on this Earth. You don’t even know their names, you don’t even know they exist, but your grid and their grids are in constant touch. How else would you be able to send healing so many miles away? Have you ever thought of that? It needs a network and your grids are the network, and the universal cosmic grid can be compared to a universal highway, where all the personal cosmic grids travel freely, each one taking the power of the personal grid, as well as all the other personal grids with it. Talk of a traffic jam!! (Smiles) (Laughter) And yet, energy smoothly flows on this universal highway.
Now how does empathizing help you on this highway? Just as you need to know how to control your car, how to drive on a highway, how to avoid a collision, you must know how to drive on this universal highway. And just as you need a license, this license, on this universal highway, is empathy. You have to experience that which another feels, in order to drive on this highway. You have to physically experience it because you are already experiencing it in your subtle bodies. It is just that you are not aware of this experience because your physical is not experiencing it. Now we are going to make your physicals so sensitive that you will experience this energy in your physical.. Those of you, who have co-jointly with Mother Earth, undergone physical unrest of any kind, emotional unrest of any kind, have already experienced this co-dependent energy. Why has your body or your emotions come up as an upheaval? When the energies of the Mother shift, an upheaval of energies is caused, and this was a huge leap of energy that the Mother has made. Your own energies that are still in a state of flux, will respond accordingly to the upheaval of energy around, and that, which is the weakest part of you, will react to this flux and therefore, you will experience an emotional imbalance or a physical ailment. Now that, which you have experienced, you know, is a weak part of your physical. First work on strengthening that part. If your physical and emotional had been at its strongest, you would have allowed the upheaval of energy to take you along to a shift without any discomfort.
So you have empathized unconsciously. Now we wish you to empathize consciously. When there is a conscious empathizing, there can be no physical or emotional imbalance. Therefore, what you need for empathy first is the building up of your own power. It is the experiencing of your own grid. It is the experiencing of the grids of others who touch yours constantly. And you can start on this slowly. For example, you (Shernaz) know that his (Yezad) grid touches yours at some point. What you can do, as two friends, is to sit in separation, studying each one’s grid, first your own, and then searching your grid, like a jigsaw puzzle, to see where our son Yezad’s grid touches. And you (Yezad) can do the same with hers (Shernaz) and then exchange this information and you will be joyous to find that you have both been able to meet at a place without you realizing it. And you can start, first with friends in ones and twos and threes, and then larger and larger numbers and then trying to see if you are conscious of a group’s grid, being able to then individuate hers and hers and hers and yet knowing that it’s in a group. What joyous fun lies ahead of you! What learning! And all of it done consciously; not unconsciously, not in sleep state, not in astral body but as conscious masters of the hierarchy, who walk this Earth as Christed beings. This is your future in this year and is it not bright? But it will take effort from you and it will take patience.
Empathizing is one of the most difficult things a human being can do. It is easy to think pity. It is easy to think kindness. It is easy to think gentleness. It is difficult to be it. So when you walk on the road and you see a hungry child….No. We’re not asking you to give alms. We know several of you have your judgments upon that…, no, we wish you to stop there and empathize with the hungry child. Feel the hunger, the pain of malnutrition, the cramp of starvation. Hear his thoughts. Feel his little heart brimming with wishes, just like your own. But we do not wish you to do it here (pointing to the brain). Very, very difficult to be that hungry child. But it will happen. It will. With practice, with dedication, with sincerity and a focus, your power will expand in order to make you emphatic. And then you will give emphasis to your being. Even now in your growth, your being is scattered, unfocused. You still haven’t focused on “Why am I here”? You don’t know that still. There are abstract answers like ‘Light workers’ and ‘love and service’ all floating around in this little brain that you all pay so much attention to. But those are not the answers. And do not seek this answer here. It does not exist here (the brain). It exists in being.
So make this a daily practice; to empathize with one individual. If you wish to make it easier, in early steps it can be an individual you know, and then move on to the stranger, to the hungry child and then to the rapist, to the murderer, to the child abuser, to the defiler and then you will know, “Can I empathize with him?” Because remember, when you empathize, you become the rapist. It is in that moment of becoming that, which you are not conscious of being, that your power expands and engulfs that whom you are empathizing with and in that engulfing, the two grids that meet at a universal cosmic level, suddenly expand so wide, that they in themselves, become as large as the universal cosmic grid and all it takes for this is empathy: experiencing physically that which you are not.
You have been able to see yourselves, you have done creditable self-searching, soul-seeking, asking the questions, getting your answers. You have done all that and now you are ready to move to another. You know who you are. Now you have to know that which you are not. And that is the power of empathy; when you can experience completely that which you are not, you will experience the power of the rays of another, and you will know instantly how to align your ray structure to that ray structure, so that it merges for the service and healing of all. And isn’t that why you are here?
Every time you empathize and your power grows and your grids are bright, effervescent, glowing, their radiance and power will touch all the grids that are in alignment with your own and in that, you have served humanity. It’s called ‘armchair serving’. (Laughter) And that is your mission. There are others, who are able to go out into the battlefield. There are very few who are willing to change their personal grids in order to help another change theirs. And that is the mission you have agreed to and that is why you will not be ‘out there’. But your mission is not to touch one grid or two or three; your mission is to touch the universal cosmic grid. Again and again and again.
And your rays are all connected to the universal cosmic grid. That is the energy of the rays. When the cosmic grid itself individuates, it forms rays and it individuates into qualities or aspects or attributes and then when you recognize a ray and feel and experience and empathize with its power, you have understood the cosmic grid; you have experienced the cosmic grid; you have been the cosmic grid.
You must learn to empathize either directly or through a grid, which is easier. When ‘my’ grid touches ‘your’ grid and ‘I’ am aware of the touch, instantly in that moment of awareness, ‘I’ will experience all ‘your’ thoughts, ‘your’ joys, ‘your’ pains, ‘your’ trauma because it is a free-flowing energy network. What you have to learn is how to access this network.
There has to be far greater dedication because what we are going to train you for is going to take very, very patient and laborious attempt to learn and experience. We are attempting to train you in a field that you did not even know existed. You cannot even feel your own grids, and here we are training you to feel everyone else’s. But at the end of this year, there will be many who will do this. Do not force the steps. Do not compare yourself to another. Do not compare your process to another. She (pointing to one) may feel and experience the grid as an electric current and she (Pointing to another) may experience it only as a patch of blue; because the energy of the grid will be interpreted by your physical reality. So there must be no comparison. There must be no moment of being disheartened. She may take six weeks and he may take six months, but remember, the grid exists in a zone that has no time. Work smoothly. All you need is to focus on this one task for this one year and then the power of empathy that you will gain, and recognition of rays that you will receive, you can use, in the years to come, in whichever field in which you wish to serve humanity; as a healer, a teacher, a friend; then the choice is yours.
