Last week we spoke about how each of us, within us, holds every planetary energy, and how, though we do not realize it, these energies manifest through us, moment to moment, proving quite conclusively that we do hold within us, all energies, in all their forms. Today we will go further and see how the energies of the sun signs are within us. Sun signs are not individual bodies but groups of stars coming together  which the wise ages of the past gave names to, and which now have a certain energy signature because of our collective focus over the ages. These energies we have imbibed.

Several times when I am conducting the esoteric-astro classes, I am questioned ‘Ell, I am not a Leo but I seem to portray all the qualities of a Leo… I am not Virgo but I seem to do all my tasks in that fashion.’  That will be true, because within each one of us, we are all these energies. If you are, let us say, a Taurean by birth, you will, because of the planetary position at the time of your birth, manifest the energies of Taurus on far more occasions, and far greater strength than, let us say the energies of Sagittarius. But, this doesn’t mean that you do not manifest all of them.  As I speak I ask you to turn your minds to real-life situations that fit in with I am saying, so that you instantly understand which energies you were manifesting in those situations. Thus we are all channels, all the time.

Let us start from the first one… Aries. Those times when you have been passionate about something, those times when you had the courage and the initiative to start something new, those times when you somehow found the courage to stop being a follower and were a leader, you manifested the energies of Aries. This is an extremely interesting energy; it gives you fire and passion, but it leaves it to you to decide how to use these energies. Are you going to use them creatively, or are you going to allow the personality to make this energy go a little awry?  When you use the Aries energy creatively, you can be very assertive, without ever needing to be aggressive. But when the personality contaminates this energy, with the energies of unresolved issues, then its manifestation is that of aggression. From now on, when you are aggressive, understand that you are using the Aries energy that is running fast through your blood, and pause a little to choose to use the Aries energy in its fullest, most empowered creativity. You will find that your aggression will disappear, and you will stand your ground very firmly. Do not, at this stage, be deterred if some claim you are being stubborn. Aries will help you to discern between stubbornness and standing up for what you believe in.

Those times when have silently heard the truth of another, but have had the courage not to internalize their truth, because your own inner truth stands rock solid, you have again used your Aries energy.

The Aries energy can also be used to heal migraines, headaches, and head and sinus related ailments.

Now we go on to the Taurean energy. This energy manifests through all of us to a large extent without our even knowing it. Each day when you go to work in order to make that money, when you are out there looking for a new apartment, when you wish to buy a piece of property, when you want to invest in a beautiful painting… this is the Taurean energy manifesting through your actions.

When you are scared, insecure or nervous and apprehensive whether you are going to be parted from something material, call upon the Taurean energy that runs within you, and it will give you a feeling of instant security. When you have a backache (a lower back for women, and a middle back ache for men) heal yourself with the Taurean energy. If you’d only know which energy to deliberately manifest in a moment in time, you would never be ill.

Your ailments are the manifestations of the imbalances that exist in your mental and emotional bodies. So when feelings of rage make you stressed out, leading to high blood pressure, ulcers, call them the Arian energy to heal you. The Arian energy will heal you, take away your ulcers, dissipate your rage, and leave you with the power to make the change you wish to. Rage is one of the most non-constructive energies one can hold in your energy structure. Believe me, I had held that energy for a long time, and it never helped me… not once. It is Aries that gives me the power to be angry and not enraged. Anger gives you the strength to make a constructive change without resorting to violence and aggression. When you are enraged you have absolutely no control, because you have given up your power to the situation. Aries brings back the power into your hands and rage will disappear.

Now let us discuss Gemini. This is an energy we manifest, unknowingly, every moment. We manifest this energy most through our facades. With one you want to appear gentle and nurturing, with another whom you know has already judged you adversely, you want to fit in even more strongly to the opinion held.  With a third you want to appear wise and all-knowing, with a fourth whose attention you seek, you wish to appear helpless and ignorant. It is the Gemini energy that gives us the power to build up the facades we choose… and it is the Gemini energy that helps you, if you should so choose, to remove the facades and communicate the truth of your soul. And Gemini does this without any judgements. It is an energy that is fluid. It has no single direction. It can flow, it can mould, it can shape itself in whatever way you choose.

Now that you know that are using this energy, use it with full consciousness. Let us say, you are going for a meeting where you want everyone to know that you cannot be suckered, that you are not a doormat, use Gemini to give you the faced and use Aries to make this faced into a reality.

Gemini energy has a huge storehouse of memory and when you create the same façade again and again with the same person, or in the same situation, the energy remembers this and creates this facade out of ‘habit’, and often we find ourselves behaving through past patterns, without consciously wanting to do so. Now if you do not wish this façade to come up through the force of habit, you have to use the Gemini energy consciously, not to create this façade. 

Let us say, you habitually call yourself ‘stupid’. With these words or thoughts, the Gemini energy creates this façade of stupidity for you, and though you may not even know that you are wearing this energy cloak, someone sitting next to you, will look at you and find you ‘stupid’. The Gemini energy is powered by your thoughts and your words. Your intentions direct the Gemini energy.

What do you use the Gemini energy to heal within you? A sore throat….when you have a cough, laryngitis, use the Gemini energy to heal that ailment. Why? Because it is a communication centre and the Gemini energy is about communication. This energy heals communication, and it can also heal relationship disharmony.

Use the Gemini energy that you already hold. You do not need to reach out somewhere to try and access it. All you have to do is to call upon it. It is as simple as raising your arm, when you wish to raise your arm. It is your energy… you use it when you wish to and how you wish to, but now do it consciously. All this time we were using these energies unconsciously and so they were manifesting without our awareness.

You can use the Gemini energy to heal any mouth related problems, especially dental problems. All those who have dental problems please raise your hands. (Laughter as everyone raised their hands.) Why? Because it is very difficult for all to bite into the truth. And dentists make a lot of money because you and I cannot do that!!! (Laughter) It seems to us that our teeth are to be used to bite into food, but this action is manifestation of biting into reality. Not the illusions that we live in, but reality as it shows itself to us everyday, but which we choose to ignore. Next time you have a toothache, call upon the Gemini energy that you are. Do not ask it first to heal you. First ask it to make you aware of the truth you are not biting into, and then ask it to heal the superficial physical pain.

Gemini energies also manifest in more pleasant ways. When you were in college and loved to flirt, friends were very important, parties were great fun… that was when you were emanating light hearted Gemini energies.  So, girls, if any of you wish to a light flirtation with Sohrab today, just call upon the Gemini energy, and Sohrab will not know what hit him. (Laughter)

Then you have the Cancer energy. We don’t manifest this a lot as we are growing up, but partially we do. But we manifest it stronger as we age, as we mature. It is the energy that gives us the power to embrace someone, to nurture someone, to be kind and compassionate, to be there when they need us, to give them an emotional anchor. Its energy peak is reached for women when here is conception. It is manifest in its fullest form when you hold your baby in your arms for the first time. This is an energy that rides upon your feminine energy. It does not ride upon the masculine energy that you hold. Does that mean that men do not have this energy? Of course they do. In men and in women it rides upon the feminine energy. That is why you have a father like Yezad or my own Dad, who is so amazingly nurturing, because the feminine energy flowing within him is so strong and powerful.

But let us here understand the full meaning of the word nurturing. It does not mean that it is a soft energy for sometimes, the energy knows, the best way to nurture the child may be to appear a little harsh on the outside.  So the Cancer energy will use the Gemini energy to create the façade required for true nurturing to take place. So it is not a soft, cotton wool type of energy. It is gentle, yes, but it is very, very powerful.

What does this energy heal within us? Those of you who suffer from heart diseases, you need to give yourself a daily strong dose of the Cancer energy. Those of you who suffer from breast related ailments, like breast cancer maybe, again a strong daily dose of Cancer energy.

Sheila: How do you do this?

Strongly command ‘Sheila Cancer energies begin, continue and maintain the process of rejuvenation, reconstruction and restoration…NOW.’ No, you do not have to meditate, do an exercise. Nothing. This is your energy. Call on it whenever you wish.

Let us understand this word Cancer. As an ailment, as a disease, we have been conditioned to retract with fear each time we hear this word. This ailment arises because there has been a lack of, or an inadequacy of the Cancer energy flowing within you. Any energy that flows within you, will begin to get depleted if you do not constantly use it in its Fullest potential. E.g. if you use Aries only to fight all the time, its power will get depleted because you are not using the true potential of the Aries creativity. When you use it in its true potential, the depleted energies get revitalized.

The strongest way to use this Cancer energy in its fullest potential is by nurturing self. We use this energy very often to nurture the external, but its fullest potential is realized when you use it for self. When I use it for self, the Cancer energy will automatically radiate outwards to others, and I will not have to make any efforts. When I do not use the energy for self nurturing but to nurture the external, then I use the Cancer energy in manner that is not natural to its flow. The cancer energy naturally flows inwards and not outwards. By forcing it to flow outwards, instead of allowing it to gently emanate from my being, I am depleting the strength of the Cancer energy. Cancer is not caused by smoking and drinking. These create a physical or bodily environment that will quicken the disease if it should arise. But it arises, in the first place, because of the lack of the Cancer energy and not because of the cigarette or the alcohol.

Use this energy each day to nurture self. And what does it mean to nurture self? Does it mean doing what you want and damn the rest? No. Does it mean giving in to your needs all the time, and no one else’s needs mattering? NO. Nurturing has little to do with the outside. It is a state of being. Buying yourself pretty baubles, sacrificing your needs, are not nurturing. It is not what you say or what you do. It is your state your beingness. It is what and how you think of yourself. When you are asked to state on a scale of one to ten how good you are, you are so sacred to say I am ten plus. You are ashamed. You consider it to be egoistic. But when there is nurturing, there is no arrogance or boastfulness involved. In a state of true self nurturing, you resonate with the needs of all around you, and naturally will do all that it takes to be of service, without any sacrifice of self or self truth.

What about the back of the neck?

You can use both Aries and Gemini, because you have a malfunctioning of the throat and third eye chakras simultaneously.

What about nerve disorders?
You can use the Gemini energy for let us say a nervous tic, but if you have a problem where something is pressing against a nerve and causing pain, then the problem is not with the nerve but with that part that is pressing against the nerve, so you will use the energy related to that area.

What about colds?

First of all, Meher, understand that there is no disease such as that. A cold is an internal irritant manifesting itself. Because it is not a condition by itself there is no cure for a cold, and that is why it is called a common cold… because the most common thing for all is irritation. So to heal yourself of a cold you have to identify the irritant.

But then why is it contagious?

No, dear, now you are looking at the physical manifestation of the irritant, and so you are entering the realm of bacteria and viruses that share the same space as us. So those bacteria and viruses create the physical environment which will help the irritant to be physically manifest.

You spoke about the back problems, and mentioned middle back for men. What about the lower back for men?

The lower back for men is not an instability issue; it is a sex energy related problem. It could be impotency, performance anxiety, too scared of your sexual energy….these kinds of issues. You can use your Scorpio energy for this. 

But for all of these, you must bear in mind that you are accessing your own energies. They are your Cancer energies, your Scorpio energies, your Taurus energies. I do not find it in the least surprising that the difference in DNA between person to person is marginal. How can it be different when you are I and every one else in this world, holds the same universal energies? The slight difference arises because depending upon the time and place of our birth, we have a lightly stronger proportion of a few energies.

Even today scientists have unraveled the mystery of the DNA to a small extent only and a very large part of it is still a mystery. Why? Because we are not conscious of all the energies that we are composed of.  When you become conscious of these, as has been happening in the last two classes… as humanity becomes conscious of these and begins to use them consciously, then science will make a big leap forward and more of the secret code of the DNA will be open for us to see. 

So we just have to try and manifest these more?

No, dearest, you are already manifesting them. Your non-awareness of these energies do not stop them from being manifest. But now to make that leap we have to use them consciously, and be aware of them in each moment of our daily routine.

Instead of accessing individual energies, wouldn’t it be better to access them all, all the time?

Yes, I understand what you are saying, but often in individual situations, you need the force of one or more of some particular energies. E.g. if you wish to develop leadership then Aries and Mars would certainly help you more than Taurus.

We now continue with where we stopped last week in the meeting, and move on to the Leo energy. When do we manifest/experience the Leo energy? This is a wonderfully radiant, brilliant, power-filled energy. This is the energy of Mother Nature if she could be called Mother/Father Nature. The Leo energy can ride on, both, your male and your female energy, unlike Cancer which only rides upon your female energy. Now let us understand this clearer, so that when you are manifesting the Leo energy, you are simultaneously aware whether you are radiating male or female energy.

When Leo rides on the male energy, it manifests with the power of execution. You can in those times be an excellent team leader, the head of an organization, the administrative head of a spiritual group, much like Sohrab is. When Sohrab takes decisions in this functionary role in relation to the Jade Fire group, he is manifesting and experiencing his Leo energy that is riding on his male energy. But when Sohrab is in the process of ‘creation’ e.g. a workshop, a group party and so on, he is manifesting the Leo energy that is riding on his female energy. The Leo energy works very stridently sometimes, and in those who are very blunt, very direct, it could be the Leo-male combination at work, or the Aries-Mars combination. To distinguish between the two, you will have to see if the blunt person is also being aggressive, or just very assertive. And, of course, very often you do not accurately gauge this, because of your own emotional and psychological filters. Very often a powerless person reacts to assertion by perceiving it as aggression.

Let us take Silla as an example. All of us know her to be blunt and very, very direct. But, if you are in a state of powerlessness, you might perceive this as rudeness or aggression. So the true point of reference is not the person who is receiving the energy, but the person who is emanating the energy. This could cause you to interpret the energy you receive as warped Aries-Mars instead of pure Leo-Masculine.

The Leo-feminine energy is very, very clear in people who are creative. This energy which generally comes as a fever of creation, is short-lived, in that it comes in spurts which are very strong, and which lose their power after a while, only to return after an interval. The Leo-Masculine, on the other hand, is an on-going energy.

Let us take Sapan an en example. In the surge of the Leo-feminine energy Sapan will create some fabulous designs, and then for months will not put pen to paper. But what does she do in those few months? She translates the designs into actual clothes. And that is when she uses the Leo- masculine energy; to execute what her Leo-feminine energy has created. So every time you have had that surge of inspiration, however brief it might have been, you know that it has been your Leo-feminine energy at work, and every time you take a decision for self and/or others, you are using your Leo-masculine energy.

Now, how will you use this energy of Leo for healing? The Leo-masculine energy is perfect to heal anything relating to your solar plexus and the organs therein. Let us take an example. A sluggish liver is a very good indication that you have a problem with execution, with putting your ideas into action, with focusing on practical tasks that need your attention. A good, healthy dose of the Leo-masculine energy would help you considerably. But just a dose of this energy is not enough.

This brings us to another unique aspect of this energy. Unlike all the other energies, this energy gives you its support, yes, but it will begin the real process of healing when you practically, consciously and through your own power take concrete action. You have to practically manifest the Leo-masculine for the healing to be complete.

Areas where you can use the Leo-feminine energy to heal are the limbs…. Arms, Legs, shoulders, joints … these can be healed by the Leo-feminine energy by just directing this energy to the required area. For this energy to heal swiftly, you will need to create a reality that is more productive for you than your current one. E.g. if you are arthritic and use the Leo-feminine energy, it will begin healing instantly, but if you can also remember that the arthritis is pointing to a deeper issue of your rigidity, and begin to open yourself up to different realties, the healing process will be much quicker.

In Leo, your free-will manifests, executes and reveals its self the strongest, because you have the power to create whatever reality you wish to, and no reality is wrong. It is in this creation and execution of your own reality that the Leo energy gives you the power of your god-hood. And that is why the Leo energy is the holder of your truest and deepest Master energy essence. Your Divine spark comes to the fore through both aspects of the Leo energy.

The Virgo energy manifests in the small, day to day, routine tasks that we all have to do, and which we barely pay any cognizance to, but which are done because you manifest your Virgo energy. It is because of this energy that we can handle routine, even if it is dull and boring. Without it we would all be constantly looking for the new and untried and thus there would be no consistency or continuity in our lives; we would be jump-starting our lives all the time. Perseverance is a vital gift of Virgo.

How can this energy heal? Virgo does not heal any part of your physical body; it heals your nature. That is the gift of Virgo. It serves to heal that part of your nature that lends itself to the creation of a physical problem. It helps you to heal your nature that might be critical, judgmental, opinionated, fixated, obsessive, over-perfectionist. Let us now consciously draw upon our Virgo energy to help us be more accepting and tolerant.

You have to direct this energy simultaneously to your emotional and mental body. You will call forth your Virgo energy and by using your left hand you will direct it to the emotional body and the right will be used to direct it to the mental body. Virgo energy has to be given detailed instructions for it to function best, for it can take no decision for itself. It must be clearly instructed about how it is to work, and then it does the task excellently. E.g. you would have to command it thus: Resolve and heal the critical aspect of my nature.

If you can do this as nightly routine, you would be able to very quickly heal the energies that have gone into disarray through the course of the day.

The Virgo energy is a slow-moving energy because it takes care of every tiny detail that it needs to in order to fulfill its designated task. It works slowly but surely.

Virgo energy is very strong in research scientists, secretaries, stenographers, computer analysts, computer programmers. Why? Because their work is about paying attention to minute details. Even a Nobel Prize winner reaps the benefit after several long years spent in a laboratory doing a lot of routine work, though in that final moment of inspiration he would have manifested the Leo-feminine energy.

Now we move on to Libra. Think of the time when two quarrelling friends come to you, asking you to resolve their conflict in a fair and unbiased manner. Think of the time when you fought with someone, and then tried hard to restore the balance. Think of the time when, as a parent, you have had to intervene between two of your children, without taking the side of either. All of these times you manifested the Libra energy.

Think of the times you have stood before your mirror beautifying yourself, taking pains over your appearance, wishing to look just right for that important occasion. This is also the flow of Libra energy.

Lawyers, arbitrators, diplomats, those who work in the legal department, or the foreign affairs department, have a very strong flow of Libra within them. They may not be born as Librans, but have a strong Libra energy flow.

There are those who do not have a strong Libra flow. They create, at a supra level, situations which force the Libra energy to come forth; situations of external conflict which you are very unwillingly dragged into. These situations help the energy to flow healthily, and rejuvenate itself. That is why the Libra energy rides very well on Ray 4. Those of us who have Ray 4 as soul or personality rays, work very well with the Libra energy. Next time you use Ray 4 to help you to bring harmony, use it in conjunction with your Libra energy.

Each time you have come out of an inner state of disharmony into harmony, you have experienced the effects of your Libra energy. The Libra energy can be used anywhere in your body, because every single ailment is the result of an internal disharmony. If, e.g. you are using Aries to heal your migraine, use it in conjunction with Libra energy. This energy can used very effectively when you have to choose between two options. Should I buy this or that, should I attend the meeting or not, should I marry him or not. When in doubt call upon the Libra energy, study the options available to you in the light of that energy, and you get the clarity you seek.

Now we move to Scorpio. If you recall last time we learnt that the lower back pain in men is related to their sexual energy issues. This does not mean that the man is necessarily impotent, or frustrated, or sexually deviant. All of us, all of us, suffer from sexual energy problems.

How does a sexual energy problem manifest in a woman? Through the uterus, the womb, through problems related to the menstruation cycle. Poor ovulation indications lack of healthy flow of sexual energy. Very heavy flow during the menstruation period, accompanied by cramps and discomfort, or very short cycles, of less than 28 days, is indicative of the fact that the sexual energy is not being allowed to flow; it indicates non-fulfillment of the sexual energy.

Both men and women manifest these problems, and for this we have the Scorpio energy which works marvelously as a healer. If you have been sexually abused, or have sexually abused another, you need to heal the Scorpio energies to heal yourself. When the sexual energies are flowing healthily, the Leo-feminine energies flow much better.

If any energy lies in a knot within you, talking about it often helps to release or loosen the knot. Similarly with sexual energy…. Find one trustworthy you can confide in, and as you are talking, use the Scorpio energy to heal you simultaneously.

The most common and obvious situation in which we manifest the Scorpio energy is the act of sex. But we do not realize that we are manifesting this energy unhealthily when we get violent. When abuse of any kind is resorted to, the Scorpio energy is used, but not in its true potential, and thus gets depleted and results in several problems related to the hara (sacral) region.

Look around you and see where you or another has put on weight. If the weight has been put on in the solar plexus region (just below the breast bone) then that is not related to the sexual energy. But if the weight is put on, in the region of the womb, it definitely indicates issues related to sexual energy. Do you now find it surprising that so many women put on weight in that region? This is something we need to think about. What kind of social conditioning are we still caught in, that we are unable to release our sexual energy in a healthy and positive manner? What conditioning have we imbibed into our very cellular structure? Use the energies of Uranus and Pluto to change this conditioning.

Then what do you for this healthy release? My answer to this is that it need not be through an act of sex, because that is not the only option. In fact that is one, superficial way of releasing your sexual energy. If you truly tap into and harness your sexual energy, you will experience a surge of tremendous inner expansion and power. The sexual energy is nothing else but the most glorious union of your own male and female energies.

How else do we manifest Scorpio energy healthily? This energy comes to its peak when two persons, deeply in love with each other, decide to commit to a relationship, which may not necessarily include sex. When two friends are able to connect to each other at levels that need no words, this is the manifestation of the Scorpio energies intermingling.

Then comes Sagittarius. This energy resides very strongly in each one of us, and thank god, because in a country like which insists on memorizing as the way to education, this energy is very helpful. It is the energy that helps you to learn, to teach, to remember what you have learnt. As I am speaking, I am manifesting the Sagittarius and the Gemini energies, and as you are assimilating what I am sharing, you are manifesting the same.

There are some who find it difficult to comprehend what they have read once. If they call upon their Sagittarius energy as they are reading, they will find comprehension much easier. In fact a blend of Mercury, Gemini and Sagittarius will be even better. You will be able to comprehend the words, and read between the lines as well.

What do we heal with the Sagittarian energy? Of course, the head, but more important than that, we heal our higher mental….not the higher mental bodies, but the higher mental chakras. The higher mental chakras, lying above the crown chakra can be aligned only by the use of the Sagittarian energy. You first run this energy through your physical, then through the chakras below your feet, and then run that energy once again up through your physical and in through your higher chakras. And you are in perfect alignment.

This energy can be used very effectively with the Libra energy when you are in conflict about options that require your analytical thinking.

Now the Capricorn energy. Like the Taurus energy we manifest it every single day of our lives. The father looking after the children, the patriarch or the matriarch of the family, the decision of daily income and expenses…. All of these are manifestations of the Capricorn energy. The time you share, generously, your material things or possessions with others, without any expectation of reward or compensation is a beautiful manifestation of this energy.

When you become greedy, miserly, about your things, your money and more significantly about your self…. It’s easy to give money, but it’s very difficult to share your self with others….use the Capricorn energy to become larger and more charitable in spirit and in kind. Generosity of spirit is a lovely manifestation of the true potential of the Capricorn energy.

Then we come to Aquarius. You know the times when you deliberately say something to shock someone, to get a reaction, you are manifesting your Aquarius energy. But it’s not only about shocking others. It’s more significantly about having the courage to do something different. It’s about having the courage to tell the world that the earth is not flat!! It is this ability in us that is most strongly manifest as the Aquarius energy. This energy also manifests as a complete giving ness, without discernment, unlike the Capricorn energy which gives through discernment. This might appear to you as ‘better’, but don’t be so hasty. We are sentient, thinking beings and in every area of our lives, the Universe urges us to use our discernment, which is a far cry from judgment and criticism.

This energy also manifested through you, when as a child you went into that toy shop and through a mother of a tantrum. When you demand, without any sense of responsibility, then you manifest the Aquarian energy which is not in its true potential. Understand that we do not stop throwing our Aquarian tantrums as we grow up; they just change their outer appearance. When the tantrums arise, command the energy strongly to manifest in its true potential, and you will experience a shift in responsibility and mature acceptance.

The Aquarian energy heals any thigh related problems…. The thighs, the hops and the kidneys are all problem areas which this energy can heal. Your flow of blood, like arterial blocks, are also healed by Aquarian. Any problems dealing with bodily fluids, lymph, glands, can also be healed by Aquarius, although a stronger energy to heal glandular problems is the Piscean energy, especially glandular growth.

And we end with Pisces. That is a completely free flowing energy, that cannot be structured. When you want your inhibitions to fall, to let go of over-structuring, you can use the Pisces energy. But when the Pisces energy is not used in its truest potential, and because it is such a structureless energy, it just cannot have a focus. Those times when you are very scattered, you are unable to focus, your thoughts wander, your feelings are all over the place, understand that your Piscean energy are not in their full peak.

How then do we strengthen an energy that refuses to be restrained, structured? The only way to do this is to identify the point of rigidity which has made this energy go off balance, and then use the energy to let go off the rigidity of your structure.  Once you have done that the Piscean energy will once again flow.

The energy manifests in its true potential when you are compassionate, a kind, gentle listener, without any judgment. By allowing the full force of Piscean energy to flow within you, you radiate it outwards to those who need its strength, and thus help them to be less rigid in their own structures.

Pisces can also heal the ears and ear infection. It is an instantaneous energy to work.

Can we use our energies to heal others?

Dear, as I have said several times before, we are all the same energy. If you wish to heal your husband, hold his image as an external focus, but let the inner focus be upon self, and then direct that energy to self. When you are full and pure, how can your mirror be otherwise?

Can Piscean energies help to get over addictions?

Absolutely. In its fullest form it helps you to get over addictions, but in its depleted state it draws you towards addictions.

When we put on weight in the solar plexus region what does it indicate?

That may stem from the sexual energy or may not. But it most definitely indicates a lot of pent up pain, unspoken words, unexpressed needs and desires, feelings and emotions. When you are releasing from the solar plexus use all the energies as a strong blend, because you are releasing yourself from so many different situations.

In fact, for a general body strengthening, use all the energies together, but if situationally you need one or more energies, then you may identify them separately.
