Expending of Energies

Jade Fire:

It’s been a long, long time but one that was necessary. Do you recall that we had told you, you don’t really need us anymore? It’s the truth. You don’t need us anymore and that is why it was time to change. It was done to bring this one (Ellaeenah) to you as ‘herself’ because you don’t need us, you need her now, her energies. We know that there are not many in this room who can actually physically see the difference. For those of you who can, you will understand that this new energy is what she brings to you and this (the channelling) is only a sideshow. (Smile)  You have to now draw upon her energy and in this, will be your greatest aid to her: to draw more and more upon her energies. We will explain why.

You have often been told that there is no limit or finite number in the universal calculations and measurements of energy, but you have never questioned why. You have just believed that energy multiplies all on its own. And this is so. It does. But there is a reason for the multiplication. It is when energy is used that energy is multiplied. If you were never to draw upon our energies as the Master energies, our energies would not accelerate and grow as it multiplies. Do you now understand why we tell you all to do personal work on your own, in any manner that you may find suitable and comfortable? Because the only way in which you will grow is to expend. Quite different from your world of finance, isn’t it, my son (Dhiren)? And yet, not! Has a buck ever been made without a buck ever being spent? (Smile) 

Your world of material resources is a very good mirror for your abundance or lack of spiritual resources. (to someone in the audience) No. We don’t mean that. We don’t mean that if you are wealthy and have a huge bank balance, it means your spiritual resources are greatly enriched. Certainly not. It is your attitude towards material resources that is the mirror. You may have a small bowlful of rice and feel completely abundant, so much so that you can share that, in your hunger, with ten others, and still feel a sense of complete satiation. And you may have a large platter of the choicest delicacies, but in your lack you fear the sharing, and your closet gets filled with the delicacies that you keep hoarding, making those around you call you ‘rich’. But it is this ‘rich’ man who is really mirroring a lack of his own spiritual resource enrichment and it is the one who is poor who mirrors the abundance of the universe. And now, before you jump to another conclusion, not all wealthy people have ‘lack’. No generalizations. The quantity of money is not the yardstick. It is the satisfaction with what you have that is the yardstick.

And that brings us to yet another wonderful catalyst for human growth: DISSATISFACTION. If you were constantly satisfied with all that you have, there would be no reason to strive for more. And now you will say ‘the Masters are talking in circles today’. But no, we are not. It is dissatisfaction that triggers you to movement, to acceleration, to growth; and dissatisfaction, in your realm, comes from a feeling of lack. And here is the wonder of the universe you have created. You use a very, very important and dynamic aspect of the I AM NOT energy to spur you towards movement to I AM. And isn’t that your whole basis of existence? Isn’t that how you function in everything? To move from what you are not, to what you are. Haven’t we often said your strength and weaknesses are exactly the same? If you get trapped in your dissatisfaction, instead of allowing it only to be the trigger point, then it becomes the weakness. But if you use your dissatisfaction to spur you on to growth, positive growth, action-oriented growth, which always, always arises out of self responsibility, that is the strength. Never run down what you consider are your I AM NOT energies. Use those for transformation. When there is dissatisfaction, the soul is calling out to move, ‘let me grow further’, gently nudging out the ego. But if you hold on to that dissatisfaction and allow ego to manipulate it, the call of the soul would be left unheard.

 Do you understand? You have to expend. How will you otherwise grow? When there is dissatisfaction, you have to ‘give’ in order to ‘get’. But who do you get it from? Not yourselves, but from all those around you that are aspects of you. They give you opportunities for growth and you give them your energy.

(To Annaita) When you heal, do you not expend your energy? But with every healing, do you not grow?

Yes.

So to multiply, you must spend. And now for her (Ellaeenah) to multiply, she must also spend her energy, not ours. So you see, by allowing her to spend her energy, you are spending yours. In the permission that you give her to spend, you spend your own and thus, is your own multiplication.

You have constantly asked us, “Masters, tell us, show us, guide us how to grow” and this is our answer. Spend that which you have of ‘self’. Give it. Let it leave you. Share it. But then you ask, “Master, what I have is only a small handful; not really enough to share. Who will want these meager offerings?” and then we will remind you of that poor man with his bowl of rice. You can have not even a handful. You may have a thimbleful of wisdom, but just let it go. Share it with whoever wishes to have a tiny thimbleful and, all of a sudden, the thimble will be replaced by a goblet and the goblet by a jar. Go out and spend yourselves.

Use your material environment as your mirror. Keep a close check on yourself. Those days that the spending of money becomes difficult, when thoughts of lack and “I cannot afford” and “Oh, I wish I had the money to spend” come up, immediately use that as the mirror to understand “Am I holding back my own energies too and not being able to spend myself?” The day you cannot spend yourself, you cannot spend your money. The days you spend yourself, you will spend your money freely, not out of greed, not out of lack, not to covet, just out of the joy of abundance, and as soon as that energy has been spent, it gets replenished, and not only in full but more than full. And that is why you go through periods when you spend but money seems to be coming to you from everywhere. The universe is only using your own made mirror to say ‘thank you’. But you forget that when the money has come in, it is only a mirror. It is your own energy that has grown.

Use financial crises as learning points in your life. And don’t look for the big crises only; even the very small ones. When you wish to go out and buy a pair of shoes and think ten times, that’s a financial crisis. Immediately, leave the pair of shoes alone, but at once go out and spend your ‘self’ because the pair of shoes has shown you “I’ve not spent my self today”.

Do you see how lack works? You only understand it to be lack of material resources when it is infinitely greater than that.  We will leave you today, asking you to spend your ‘self’. Do not hold back. Have you noticed that there are some, like that rich man with his platter of delicacies, who are unable to spend on themselves? They cannot even share with their own ego selves. And here is what might appear to be a dichotomy, but it is not. You have those who can easily spend on others but live as though they were poor. So they will make excuses, not to buy and wear clothes that might make them feel better or eat the food that might taste good. They cannot spend their energies on their growth. Now pay attention to this one carefully. We have said when you spend your ‘self’, there is an automatic replenishment from the universe, but you exist in a free will realm and when your conditioned mind has an intent sent out, either deliberately but most often unknowingly to the conscious mind, that ‘there will be no replenishment of my energy’, they will spend on others with no dynamism in their energy. And this lack of movement or growth in their energy field is reflected as a mirror by not being able to spend on themselves. Why? Because spending on self, means gathering, accumulating, enlarging, expanding resources.

Money is a very, very significant tool for you, but you do not use it in the way it is meant. You only look at the ‘money’ and do not see the reflection it gives you of self. And that is why, so many of you seated today have money as a root problem. The next time you say or think, “I don’t have money” at once, study your own energy field and understand how it is well nigh impossible NOT to have money. If money reflects your spiritual resources, can you ever be without money? And this doesn’t apply only to you. You are not the chosen few with spiritual resources. Oh no! The man on the road, who has never heard of Jade Fire, has his storehouse of spiritual resources, just as you do. So how can you be without money? But you will turn around and say “I am, and that is the reality”. You may even challenge me and say, “Why don’t you open my purse and have a look? I don’t have money”. And then I will turn around to you and I will say, “Why did you make that intent not to grow?” And to that question, we have no answer.

There are fervent prayers sent to the universe, “let me earn more money.” “Let what is due to me come to me.” But that one essential prayer that must accompany this, is missing. Now change your prayer. Now make your prayer, “Give me the strength, knowledge, wisdom and purpose to expand my spiritual resources, my energy fields so that this expansion is reflected in the abundance of the material world, to be used by me as and when I desire”. In this one statement you acknowledge the close relationship between self and money and you make a further acknowledgement… that you have every right to control how you desire to use it because it is your manifestation alone. And in that statement, you let go of poverty.

How many of you hold on to old, old things because you say, “I have no money to buy something new.”? Don’t buy something new because in any case it will not work as abundance for you. But as soon as you think this, study your energy field and just as we advised this beloved child (pointing to someone in the audience), go out and spend your ‘self’ with full intent to multiply.

Sounds selfish? YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE. You are the universe; there is no other. How could you be selfish when you are the only one? To be selfish, you need another outside of you. So spend your ‘self’ in big ways, small ways, whatever.

And what do we mean by spending? We don’t mean only spiritual tattle. That may be a small part in spending. Spend your ‘self’ in any manner possible. The universe puts before you, hundreds of opportunities every day to spend your ‘self’. Something fallen on the road? Pick it up and put it aside so that another doesn’t slip and fall. You have spent your ‘self’. And if you do only this, you will never have to ask for money, never have to make an affirmation for your growth, never have to doubt whether what you are doing is right or wrong and then never ask the Masters, “How do I grow and attain my mission?”
