The Inter-Galactic Council

Good evening, beloveds. We are the Inter-Galactic Council! So much, so much is being talked about of that which is being called the ‘first sighting’. In some there is an excitement that you are finally going to see an alien, in some there is a fear and a trepidation that you are finally going to see an alien. Let us explain to you clearly what is this first sighting, and whether you are going to see any aliens.

Firstly, every single alien that has so-called been ‘seen’ has only been seen through your eyes, for other than ‘Earth aliens’, none other have physical existence. What happens in a sighting? Your energy structure, if it is sensitive enough to that energy, if it is sensitive enough to that energy, will begin vibrating, in a certain manner, which will be a reactionary process to the energies picked up. Even in your interaction with others you have noticed that some energies might create what might be termed a disharmonious vibration. And there are other energies, when they intermingle with your own, create harmony, vibrance, radiance, even greater power and strength. This is exactly what happens when your energy structure intermingles with that of a so-called alien. We prefer to use the term ‘not of the Earth’, for as soon as you use the word ‘alien’, you enter into an energy space of divisiveness, of comparison, of differentiation, distinction, separation, judgment.

When your energy structure intermingles with the energy structure which is not of the Earth, there will be one of two reactionary processes that will take place in the vibratory levels and the flow of your energy structure; either it will begin to ripple and wave or turn around. Energy flows in straight lines. If there is any ripple, wave or circles, your energy structure will experience it as disharmony and will transmit a message to your brain to ask for a reason. Your brain will now start searching for something in your memory bank which is made up of your beliefs, your attitudes, your emotions, your feelings, what you have learnt, what you have been conditioned to learn. It will sift through and give you an image.

If that energy disharmony that you are perceiving (you are perceiving it as a disharmony; it’s only a reactionary process)…. that perceived disharmony may, may be shown to you as an image which you may have seen when you were two years old in a story book, seen in a movie which you have long forgotten. Nothing, no image in your brain is ever discarded, and though you don’t remember, the memory bank holds it all. And so the brain gives you an image which had created similar disharmonious vibrations when you saw a movie, when an alien attacked a young child and that same image will now stand before you, bringing from you fear and a belief that: I’m going to be abducted, harmed in some manner. That’s reaction No.1

Reaction No. 2 could be when the energy flow enhances and moves like a surge, a strong power, a strong tidal wave that’s flowing within you, sending huge amounts of vibratory energy surging within your system. Once again, the brain is asked: why? And once again, the brain sifts and then it remembers a movie about an angel and lo and behold! The angel stands in front of you. No energy being: angelic, fairy, not of the Earth has a physical existence. You see it as you see it. It’s like seeing her (pointing to a sitter) and one seeing a pretty young thing and the other seeing an ordinary stranger.

So what will these first sightings be, and why are they going to be predominant in this period of time? Firstly, let us assure you that this time is no different from all other times. This time is no different from all other times. The only difference is that your energy structures have become more sensitive. And it hasn’t happened to all. A very significant number of human, plant, animal, fish and reptile energy structures have become sensitive to ‘not of the Earth energies’. Animals were already sensitive to energies you had no idea were present. Plants already knew, have experienced angelic realms closely. The fish already know that the dolphin and the whale is really not of the Earth. Your human conditioning has given the dolphin and the whale a shape. If you were to see, which you will, more and more of these not of the Earth beings, the en masse human conditioning will give them one shape and you will see them in the shape just as today you see a dolphin, because that’s what you believe a dolphin looks like. You give them a shape; they have no shape in reality.

There are some energy structures that have now become (we will use the words) hyper-sensitive. Their reactionary process to the ‘not of the Earth energies’ will go way beyond anything that their intellectual brain will be able to sift through. They are those who will see nothing. They will see no physical beingness; they will experience ‘a something’ in their energy stream. It might be through smell, it might be through touch, it might be, might be, through hearing, although very, very rarely will this be, because hearing again is really a function of the brain. There are a large number of hyper-sensitives in your world. They are already aware of ‘not of the Earth’. For them, it will be nothing new; for some of you it will be a new experience.

For the first time, the Earth has drawn to itself a volume of ‘not of Earth energy’ which it has not done before. It has always drawn to itself ‘not of the Earth energies’, always. If you truly believed that Earth has only been inhabited by those that you can see around you, you’re wrong. There are as many of ‘not of the Earth’ as there are of the Earth. And we repeat again: there are as many ‘not of the Earth’ as there are of the Earth. But for the first time, the Earth is drawing to itself a volume of not of the Earth energies, which will overpower the energies of those of the Earth by 1000 times.

Now the way you will experience the energy will be a 1000 times stronger than what you did earlier. Will it come all at once, as a surge? Never! It will be gently released, every fortnight, when the Moon is at its peak and when the moon is at its ebb. Gently, but slowly, will the energies filter into the Earth. The volume will considerably increase with every filtering. It will rise to a peak sometime in April 2009. At that time, what you will experience of ‘not of the Earth’s energies’ will be almost like a tangible experience.

What we wish to discuss with you today is not to ask for, what you will call, physical objectification. That is not what the energy is about. Do not bring the energies down to the denseness of physical objectification. Instead, raise yourself up to the hyper-sensitives who require no physical objectification, but whose energy structures are able to take in this large surge and understand it from that point of Divine Wisdom which has no relevance to the intellectual mind. If you are able to do this, if you are able to move beyond the need for physical objectification, those energies that have come into the Earth, in such great volume, will be able to do the work for you. The ‘not of the Earth’ energies have not come to aid Earth. They have come to aid you. And we do not mean the few who sit in this room. We mean the you and the you and the you who flood this delightful planet.

The Inter-Galactic Council takes full charge of filtering in these ‘not of the Earth’ energies. If you believe they come in space ships, they will. Let us explain what your mind sees as a spaceship. A large (we have to use the word ‘dense’ because, though it is inaccurate, there is no other word in your vocabulary which fits in) dense conglomeration of ‘not of the Earth energies’ forms an energy vehicle which holds them together. Let us give you an example. If each one of you in this room, were to suddenly and magically fuse together, not losing your distinction and yet, not being separate at all, like Siamese twins, but just in a large number, the very physical fusing of your bodies would create an energy grid, an energy matrix that would be completely different from your individual energy matrix and would actually be a vehicle which could carry you wherever you wished to go. Carry you, transport you.

The very mass of your energy would be able to lift the weight of your physical beingness. This is what happens when the ‘not of the Earth energies’ mingle together; because they have no physical beingness, they mingle. They are able to mingle and remove themselves at will. They mingle together for a purpose, creating a vehicle, which has now its own energy field, which when your energy field experiences the reaction to sifts through its mind and shows you a spaceship, lights and all.

No prophet has ever looked the way you think they look. Each one of you can draw a prophet, a master, in whatever image, and that image will be the conditioned image that rests within your brains. That is why all your masters have beards and all your masters wear cloaks and gowns, and all your Goddesses have veiled faces. (Laughter) None of them appear as sexy young things because the mind refuses to believe that sacred energy can come as a sexy young thing. (Laughter) It’s only the picture that your mind sees, which you then see outside of you.

We urge you: do not waste this opportunity of the sightings by looking for physical objectification. Move beyond that. When you hear of spaceships landing, and you will, when you hear of communication with the ‘not of the Earth’, and you will, do not be thrilled; just know that it has always been. The only difference is you are now ready to know it; it’s not they who are ready to come now.

Enjoy the surge of energy that you will get. If you are looking for objectification, as soon as your mind gives you a picture, you will release the energy because you have already attained what you want to attain: you wish to attain a picture and that’s what you will get. And then you will release the energy. But if you do not desire that, you will allow the surge to fill you completely and do its fullest for what it has come for you.

It is this objectification that brings fear in human hearts. If there is no objectification, there is no fear. When you sit in a dark room you are scared of what you might see, so you never allow yourself to experience what it is that you can feel. It is sight and the need of sight that often brings with it fear of the unknown. And really it is not the unknown at all; it is the fear of what is known to your mind.
