Greetings of Germain. You have all forgotten how to laugh. All.
Shut your eyes.
Ask for healing of self in any area that you wish for and then we will proceed.
Let a smile play about your face; let it touch your eyes, your cheeks, your heart. Feel a gentle radiance. Let your smile broaden into a grin; not a laugh yet, just a grin. Feel its intensity rise. Feel your eyes glow with this grin. Do you recall how it is to be happy? Or have you forgotten? Let the radiance of the grin remind you of the time when you were mad with glee. Do you remember yourself as a little child screaming with laughter? Let the memory widen your grin. And now feel its radiance grow into a chuckle, gentle and soft inside your chest, vibrating in you gently. Chuckle. Think of yourself as a parent chuckling to see the funny antics of your naughty child. Chuckle… and now let the vibration descend into your belly. Let it laugh out loud so that its intensity must translate into loud laughter.
Now allow this energy to be sent to the area requiring healing. Sit quietly but not without a smile on your face and let laughter reach that part of you that wishes to be healed. Visualize that part, laughing, laughing in joy at the recognition of how foolish it is to think that it was in imbalance. Foolish little stomach and silly little heart, how silly you are to think that you could ever have pain. Laugh at your own foolishness, little kidney. Come on liver, live up to your name. Live. Laugh and live. Intoxicate yourself with laughter, so that never again does the intoxication of alcohol have to harm you.
Come on, little knees, shake, shake with laughter. How can you hurt, unless it is with the delicious hurt of uncontrolled glee? And you, you naughty little throat, do you really dare to tell me that you are sick? Laugh out loud so that the throat is proved wrong. See that, little throat, how wrong you are? I can laugh aloud and you have no pain.
This is how you heal. Give yourself a daily dose of two minutes of laughter repeated 25 times a day and then see if you will ever be ill again.
Do you wish to get rid of that accumulated fat? Look at yourself in the mirror, chubby cheeks. All that lard waiting to melt in laughter. Rub it hard and laugh, harder. Let all that fat melt in laughter, what exercise there is in laughing.
Rub and laugh, rub and laugh, rub and laugh, go on. Go on. Rub that tummy. Don’t hold it in. It will think you want it there and will not let go off the fat. Rub and laugh. Rub and laugh. Rub and laugh. She wants to rub those cheeks for you!! (Note from Ell: Germain pointed to the other cheeks…not the ones of the face!!!) You can do that too. Have someone rub for you but you have to laugh. What joy there would be in rub and laugh. (
Rub. Again you are holding it in so tenderly. The tummy feels embraced and cuddled and it grows. Rub it. Rub it harder, harder. Rub and laugh. Rub and laugh. Do you want someone else to do it for you? We can even manage that. Who here would be willing to offer their services to this beautiful one? Will you? Rub and laugh
Fat collects in your body in quantities not required, when pain in the etheric is translated into the physical. The body is not ever naturally fat. It maybe not be as thin as you visualize health, but there can never be EXCESS fat, just as there can never be excess of any substance. Fat is only one translation of pain in the etheric.
Rub. And don’t forget the cheeks. That is the joyous sensation.
(How can you be only tired laughing? You must be exhausted laughing.
Ernie: How do I rub the pancreas?
Come here, we will show you. We love these questions. (Tickled her) Any other parts that need to be tickled, tickled? Go on. Produce insulin.
No other parts, only innocent ones like the pancreas? You have become very boring. Germain must come here more often. Do you have any other interesting parts?
Do you feel better? And you have laughed just a few minutes. Think of this done repeatedly, through the day, everyday. You will have no imbalance in your body. That is all that is missing. Laughter. But laugh at yourself. No laughing in condemnation at another. That is not laughter, that is sneering Deriding. It only causes more imbalance in yourself. It does not do any harm to the other, but it harms you.
Next time you will think before asking Germain to come.
