Inter-Galactic Council

Greetings!

How do you meet changes and shifts? This is important to address, for in your next calendar year there will be much change, much shift. All of it will be, what you will judge as negative, and all of it will be, what we know as positive. So how will you meet these changes and these shifts? If you are going to meet them with blame, if you are going to meet them with despair, if you are going to meet them with disappointment, you will be resisting the most beautiful process of energy shifts that your Earth has ever seen.

The changes will be small, and very few will be large enough for you to notice at once. Most changes will be personal, and those changes are the most difficult to be aware off and the easiest to ignore. So let us, at least, make you aware of the kind of change that you will be undergoing.

You will be given instances, situations, experiences, occasions where your strongest frailty will be called forth. And no, it will not be done in large traumatic ways because though they are traumatic they are always easier to handle; for example, if you fear death and there is a death of someone you particularly love, it is traumatic indeed, but in that trauma, the pain is so evident that you begin to question instantly. So in fact, traumatic situations are much easier to handle. But you have small situations coming almost daily to you. They are so small that you will very easily be able to ignore them and for the first six months of the year, they will remain small but as soon as June makes its presence felt, these changes will become large; not traumatic, just larger. But if you have used your first six months changing and shifting, come June, there will be no such experiences and the universe will call forth from you help for 2007, for the energies of 2007 will not be released in January of 2007 but in mid-June of 2007 and before these energies are released, you will be called forth to completely clear yourself. So be cautious.  Each day, be very, very aware of the small, niggling situations that will come.

Each one of you is now in a state of awareness where you know which human frailty of yours is the strongest; you know that; we do not need to tell that to you. Keep that in mind each day. Is this a test? Of course not! You have been tested and you have passed, if you wish to say so, a long time ago.

The energies of 2007 must be emanated into the world through human grids that have become strong enough for those energies, and if you can overcome, even by just 60% ( and we are giving you figures, which you will understand), if you are able to overcome that frailty by just 60%, your grid will have been strengthened enough to use you as one of our channels. So we are giving you 6 months, and each month you just have to work on 10%. When you bring it down to such small figures, the fear and anxiety in your hearts disappears. Each month, just 10%; that doesn’t seem very difficult. But you have to know, without a doubt, without any kind of game play from you, what is your greatest frailty and sometimes, it might be more than one. And we are not asking you to share it with another, for not many in this room are strong enough to acknowledge openly that they still fail. There are still some, in this room, who are caught in the whole drama and glamour of another’s validation and approval. So we will allow this drama to be, and not ask you to share, to share with no one else but yourself. And then with 2007, be even more aware than you are now, for each day (and we repeat, each day) will bring forth a situation for you to change; not the situation, change yourself.

And how will you deal with these day-to-day situations? Do not ignore them when they come. Do not be fooled by what appears to be something trivial. Once you have gone beyond that, once every moment (..) moment that you will be aware of, then you will be aware of the human frailty that will come up to the fore and you might even feel (but erroneously so), you might even feel that the human frailty is getting stronger; in fact, the more you are aware of it, the stronger it seems to become. But that is not true. What is happening is that you will now be aware of it more when earlier you were in darkness. It is not getting any stronger; it is, as it always was, it’s just that your awareness is getting clearer.

So do not be in despair for you might feel that 1 and then 2 and then 3 and then 4, all of these months seem to go by and each day, you are still reacting out of that frailty. And you probably are! But the number of times you are reacting will be reduced. Each day. Initially you might be reacting (and again we’ll give you numbers) maybe 60 times a day, which comes down to 58 and 43 and 35. But for you, 35 will also seem just too often but in that moment, when you feel that you are just not changing, just not shifting, take a deep breath, sit down alone and honestly ask yourself: is it that often? So what if it is 35? It’s not 60 anymore.

And in this will come a second shift: a shift in self-honour. It is easy to honour yourself for doing something good, something, which the outside world validates for you, something, which seems so obviously spiritual. It is so difficult to honour yourself for failing less because in failing less, instantly, a little voice tells you: it’s not that you’re not failing at all; you’re still failing.

2007 needs those who honour themselves completely. 2007 needs power-houses. 2007 needs not divine beings but completely human beings, for if we needed etheric gods, the universe could have done the work itself. But 2007 does not need the spirit world; does not need the Divine Wisdom, does not need spiritual love; it needs human beings, human beings who honour themselves first and thus honour everyone else; human beings who love themselves first and thus love all else; human beings who fail but are always victorious. 2007 needs you.

So which energies will shine forth? The energies of the planet, which we are deeply, deeply associated with: the planet Venus. And in terms of global energies (and this you will read about a little later, in 2007, which will surprise your scientists), it will be a time when Earth and Venus, physically, begin to close the distance between them. But for all of this, we need you. And we don’t want you to be the most spiritual person you can be, but we want you to be the most powerful human being you can be. We don’t want, from you, Divine understanding and wisdom; we want from you the human mental faculty that will shine forth in its understanding of what it is to be on Earth. We don’t want from you healing and light; we want you to BE it. We want you to be healed, for you are not yet healed. We want you to BE light, for there is still much darkness within each one of you. And then we want you to love those areas of darkness that will still remain and we want you to love those areas of ignorance that still remain. And every moment, which you have taken, at present, as an opportunity to beat yourself about, we want you to change those moments to opportunities of self-honour.

This may seem to be of a pettier task for the year than all the previous tasks we have set you but in June 2007, you will honestly answer whether it has been petty or the most significant, for 2007 must see the Earth housed by human beings who now acknowledge that they are Gods. There are universes out there that have no God, that do not even understand the concept of a God, that have no knowledge of higher or lower realms; in fact, they don’t even know that they exist… if they do. There are universes, which do not even know that there is a word ‘equality’. They do not know the word ‘light’, they do not know the word ‘love’, they do not know the word ‘honour’, they do not know the word ‘wisdom’…..for they just ARE all of it, and what is there then to know? And have they attained this glorious exalted beingness easily? Of course not! Each universe has gone through its own patterns and paths of evolution: some like yours and some completely different and yet, there is one underlying similarity of every pathway of evolution: it always starts from ignorance. Always!

2007 is a very big leap, for your energies will be instrumental in pulling Earth and Venus closer together physically. You have always wondered whether you can perform a miracle. This is the miracle you will perform. And will there be any earth movements that will seem disastrous? Of course there will be some; there has to be. But what greater miracle can you perform than this? And all by being the most powerful human being you can be.

But if, in these 6 months, there are moments of doubt, there are moments of recrimination, there are moments of self-negation, that one moment will set you back to 0% of the first day, for the most important shift that can make you the powerful human being that is needed is that of self-honour and in self-honour, there can not be one moment of doubt because if there is one moment of doubt it means that there was no self-honour, in any case. So each time you face a setback, a delay, a frustration, a problem, are you going to scream and rave and rant in despair?

The time of choices is long gone. This is not a moment of choice. This moment is what you chose a long, long time ago and now, it has come. This is what you separated for; this is why you began this sometimes confusing pathway of evolution; this is why. There is no choice anymore. The choice that you made is now here to greet you, is now here to embrace you. We can hear some of you think that we will be doing a lot more Light work. Let us erase those thoughts instantly; you will be doing a lot less, for as soon as you are not able to devote enough time to becoming that powerful human being you had chosen to be, you, yourself, will give yourself no work. If that should happen, do not again use this as an opportunity to whip yourself but understand that you are not giving enough time to yourself. For 2007 is vital. All other Earth shifts depend upon how close Earth and Venus come together.

The future course of Earth shifts are only probabilities. You hold that in your hand and there is no, not a single god, angel, fairy, master, who can do it for the time has come when we must now move out of your human realm completely. 2007 will have not a single strand of any other energy save humankind. All channelings, all other such work, will be done in a far different way than you have yet experienced. For the entire year of 2007, the Earth’s grid will not be influenced, even partially, by any other energy save your own, and how you change the Earth’s energy matrix in this one year, will then dictate future shifts for your Earth and you. It is time for us to step back, completely and utterly. Only a few extra-terrestrial energies will be permitted but will not be permitted into the Earth’s grid. They will be permitted around the Earth’s grid to monitor, to oversee, to ensure that there is no imbalance, which can grievously harm the Earth for there is no certain future that anyone can foresee. And now you are thinking but we are a handful here. Certainly, but each one can teach another handful; each one can help another handful, and each one, first, can ensure that you become powerful.

We have had a wonderfully long, glorious journey together and for a short while, we have to leave you your Earth in your hands. The Inter-Galactic Council will be ever alert but there are only a few occasions, which we will not divulge to you, when the Inter-Galactic Council will be permitted to use its energies. Close the distance between Earth and Venus for a glorious future lies ahead. And there is no work to be done on a large scale but this immensely small scale within you.

The (…) between Earth and Venus, is it physical or esoteric?

Physical.

Is it already happening?

Not at all! That is why we mentioned your scientists will be a little foxed.

I have one more question. (….)

No choice in this; there is no choice of accepting it or not accepting it. This moment is to manifest is a choice you made millenniums ago; is a choice you made when you were not even the human strand and that choice has now manifest. And there was a period, in your Earth time, when the Inter-Galactic Council was all set to step in and change the choice moment from 2007 to 2014 and then many, like you, suddenly awoke and questioned and demanded answers and began to work, not for themselves alone, but for their Earth. And the moment of choice was shifted back to 2007, although if there had been no slumber, this moment was to have come in 1997. 2007 would have seen Earth and Venus as one planet. But then what is time?

Physically. And the closer they come, the more physical energy manifestations you will see on Earth and on Venus. That is a part of the natural change: when 2 large heavenly bodies come together, there has to be a physical energy manifestation. But if you are wondering, whether you can sit here and command Earth and Venus to move closer, we advice you to use that valuable time to move closer home.

On a day, when such momentous information is given to us, why are there so few of our group members, in the room?
Each one here is ready to work on their power. Now, each one here has to speak to another who is ready to work on his power. Would it surprise you to learn, as the radiant leader of this group, that there are trained by you and some others, who are doing Light work, channeling, healing, classes, who are still completely powerless within. There is an illusion of power through which they are working, which we have permitted, for their own purpose. Keep your extra-sensory perception very alert, and you will recognize them.

How can I help them?

By telling them straightforward, honestly, compassionately, lovingly that they are powerless for, delightful souls, channeling does not require inner power; channeling does not require inner power, healing does not require inner power; all it needs is the mental ability to manipulate energy. Understand that about yourself and about others, understand that. You are still caught in glamour by things like channeling and energy work; you are still caught in glamour. You still tend to put them up on pedestals. When you speak their names your voice takes on a certain idol-worship. But understand, you may have far more inner power than one who may channel and 2007 needs, not healers, not Light Workers, not channels, not mediums, 2007 needs powerful human beings.

How can we make ourselves more powerful?

By having no doubt who you are; by, every moment, honouring yourself for failing, for every time you are aware of your failure, you begin to work towards overcoming it; by each moment, living your truth, even if your truth, in that moment, might be to live in a moment of anger, in a moment of blame, in a moment of criticism, in a moment of judgmentalism; live that moment completely; do not suppress it. Step out of yourself and watch yourself and watch yourself live that moment completely, but don’t forget to step out of yourself and watch it for once that moment has passed, you can then begin to work on what happened inside in that moment to manifest what you have seen when you stepped out of yourself. Don’t stop these moments in between because you only suppress them. So in a moment of anger, live it out completely but do not forget to step out and see yourself angry. When you step out, you hear your words, you can see the emotions seething within you, you are aware of what has really caused the anger, the fear, the hatred, the judgment. See it completely and then in a quiet moment of self-contemplation, review it, replay it without one strand of blame for yourself.

In this moment to moment is power. You can ask another for advice and suggestion but if you give your power to that person, then you are powerless. We, too, give you advice, we, too, give you suggestions, we, too, give you guidance, but we do not want your power.

I want to understand this: is it true that if a person is powerful, energy any way works for him, no need to manipulate energy?

Energy always has to be manipulated; that is the only way energy will work for you.

But for a powerful person?

For any person; that is why it’s the simplest trick of the trade. Energy manipulation: it is the simplest trick of the trade.

But manipulation is so ….negative.
No, that is what you are making it out to be. Energy IS. You need to shape it, direct it, manipulate it to your will and it needs no inner power for that, none. If it needed inner power, your world would be free of, what you call, black magic for black magic comes out of complete inner powerlessness.

(..) where one feels the power?

Ah! That is the power! That is the power! That is the moment and that can only be experienced, it can never be described for no word will come even close to that experience, for all words will sound, to the other, like an ego journey.

(…)Is that enough? Is that awareness enough?

Of course not! We asked you then to sit in self-contemplation, to replay that entire moment again, to hear those words again, to see yourself again getting angry and then to look inside because you have been standing there and looking here. You can see the emotions that are seething inside. Unless that self-contemplation follows, acknowledgement remains incomplete.

Guardians of the Earth, the Inter-Galactic Council rests all its hopes in you.
