How do you use Light ?
At present we will only take that Spectrum that you can see, what you called the ‘Vibgyor’. You have not understood its symbolism and its connection with your physical energy being. It is not that this physical energy being is violet in colour. It responds to the colour you have called ‘violet’ and its ‘frequency’ is used by this energy wheel in order to spin, not only at its normal spinning rate, but at the rate it spins when it is part of your higher ‘Monadic presence’. Similarly, all your other energy wheels connect with the different rays. 
But that is not the limited use of these rays. You can use each ray for a different purpose for any of your energy wheels.

Let us start with the colour you call red.
The frequency of this ray when it emanates, comes as SHORT POWERFUL BURSTS of sound. You must understand that Light and Sound do not exist separately.
Light and Sound CO-EXIST. Light travels by the HELP OF SOUND. You cannot hear its ‘sound’. But it HAS a sound. Whenever any energy moves, its movement through another energy space – remember there is nothing in the Universe which is a vacuum – that which your physicists have called a vacuum are energies that they have not understood. When energy moves through another energy there is what you simplistically call ‘friction’. This friction emits sound. As soon as the sound is emitted, friction is lessened and the energy moves forward easier. But soon the sound dissipates and there is again friction, once again the sound is released, once again the movement is made easier.

When RED moves, its sound of friction – and now we talk of light and sound simultaneously - when RED moves, its sound of friction is similar to :

This is Red. There is a greater resistance to red, because its own frequency puts up a resistance through another energy-medium that it passes through. Now when you have an energy wheel within you, that responds to and connects to Red, you must understand what ‘red frequency’ does. The red frequency is a ‘HITTING’ frequency. There is a ‘BOUNCING OFF’ of sound. The sound of red will not penetrate, it will hit and bounce, hit and bounce and with every hit and bounce, it will knock out that which cannot be sustained by red.
So what is disharmonious in red? ‘Passivity’ is disharmonious with red. Red has a strength which knocks out any passivity, sluggishness, lethargy, exhaustion, fatigue, slowness, retardation. If there is a child who has a mental retardation, red must be used in the 3 upper energy wheels, not in the first energy wheel. The retardation is in the upper energy wheels. That is what red will try to remove.
But because red has strength and power, too much of this light that bounces, can cause a spinning faster than is required by that energy wheel.  When that energy wheel spins out of control, it can cause physical imbalances, when then you are looking at the opposite end of the spectrum of lethargy. You are looking at unbalanced force, unfocussed strength, uncontrolled power and undirected energy.
In order to get this energy wheel into balance and spinning at its normal, comfortable pace – and each pace will differ – with growth, spinning must increase in speed (a huge crackling sound in the tape – maybe some words were lost here . . . . . . . . .)  spinning faster than it should.  It may be.  But for anyone to make this valid assessment, you must know what is your right energy speed. You cannot judge another’s by your own.

TO BRING YOUR ENERGY SPEED BACK INTO ITS CONTROLLED, NORMAL STATE, USE THIS SOUND.    Make this sound with me:

The sound must not be from any other chakras. IT MUST BE RELEASED FROM THE FIRST  (ROOT CHAKRA). It is the sound that will bring it into its aligned speed.

5 minutes of this sound is adequate.

IF THERE IS A FEELING OF SHEER EXHAUSTION, FATIGUE, CONFUSION, UNCERTAINTY, this sound, directed OUTWARDS – do not direct the sound upwards – DIRECT IT OUTWARDS – will bring into your immediate environment, the sound waves that you need, to push your entire physical forward into action.

NOW WE COME TO ‘ORANGE’ (SECOND CHAKRA)
Orange has a different frequency . . .. . . Its travel is straight; it does not travel in bursts. It moves through another energy medium like a RAZOR, SLICING the energy medium as it moves ahead.
Its friction sound is similar to:

If there is something to wish to SHATTER, not overcome, SHATTER, orange is the light that you can use. When orange is trained upon a sheet of glass for a consistent amount of time, it will shatter it. You have not understood the power of orange. Why have so many of your great teachers worn ‘orange’?  Orange slices, breaks through, even KILLS.
Your colour of blood is red, but in death its colour is orange, a deep, deep orange. How wonderful is your physical body, that by its very life force which works through the blood, it knows that illusions that may surround this instant of death need to be shattered. The life force itself will change the colour of blood to orange. When every drop of blood in your body emanates an orange light, it is easier for the soul to shatter the illusion and go ahead.
How will you use ORANGE?
When you are gripped by fear, complete instability, when your world has shattered around you, you use orange to shatter this ILLUSION of shattering. The sound that you will use to energize and align the SECOND energy wheel will be emanated  FROM THE NOSE and not the stomach. The nose. Let us explain why. 
When energy rises and goes above the throat, it HAS to be completely pure, if it must work these two energy fields in alignment. Your nose has been placed in a perfect position. It is the central point. What you take in through your mouth has to come to your nose before it travels upwards. THE NOSE BREATHES ORANGE LIGHT ALL THE TIME. More than any other colour, you are breathing in the orange frequency. If this did not happen, you would be COMPLETELY ruled by fear. You would not be able to even leave its clutches.
Now understand a process that happens to you when you have a cold. The nose is COMPLETELY BLOCKED by nasal fluid. Orange light finds it difficult to travel through. What do you feel when you have a cold? Sick! There is a fever, there is a headache, and there is an ache in every part of your body. WHY? What you have breathed in is NOT ALLOWED to go upwards, causing you a headache. But it spreads through your entire physical system, causing you a body ache.
What then causes the nasal fluids to run down and solidify? Imbalance of the second energy wheel. When it starts moving sluggishly, the nasal fluids are asked to move down for CLEARANCE. But here is where YOUR OWN PATTERN of BEHAVIOUR takes over. As soon as clearance takes place, you RESIST. Resist by thickening the nasal fluid and not permitting it to run.
All you need to do when you have a cold, is to BREATHE IN ORANGE LIGHT. That is all that is required.  HOW?

Your nasal passages will clear AT ONCE. AT ONCE. Simple tools. You need no medication ever.

LET US COME NOW TO THAT (3RD SOLAR PLEXUS) ENERGY WHEEL, which moves so sluggishly in most. Another ray whose energy comes in SPURTS  - there is a pattern – SPURT and STRAIGHT, spurt and straight, spurt, straight, straight. So it comes in spurts. But its FREQUENCY IS NEVER CONSTANT. This is the ONLY energy wheel whose frequency CHANGES MOMENT TO MOMENT, depending upon the functioning of this (2nd) energy wheel.  The two are interconnected completely. When this energy wheel (3RD) opens itself, it need not even have to spin correctly. It just has to OPEN ITS RANGE OF SPIN. As soon as it opens its range of spin, at once the LOWER (2ND) WILL OPEN and WORK QUICKER, spin faster. 
But why does its energy fluctuate? THIS IS WHERE YOU GET HIT BY ANOTHER’S ENERGY. Nowhere else is the physical hit by another’s energy. No where else. The only point – if there is something like an ‘Achilles’ heel’ – it is here. THIS is your point of connection between two, not the heart. NOT the heart. You RECEIVE from here, you GIVE from here. It fluctuates because it changes according to the energy you receive. But that is not all. Along with receiving, you are giving. What you receive and what you give merge and form a distinct energy, which changes moment to moment.
TO BRING THIS (3rd) WHEEL INTO TOTAL ALLIGNMENT, THE SOUND THAT YOU USE IS:                                                    

 This is your connection to the Universe. If the ONLY sound that you emit is ‘OM’, then what you are emitting is an energy of SUCH HIGH VIBRATION that what you receive will not be able to affect it. In fact it will merge and become part of the high energy.

its resonance is here.  THE CENTRE OF YOUR VERY BEING IS HERE (3rd chakra). It responds to not yellow light. It really responds to GOLD.  THE EASIEST WAY for your society to get gold light constantly IS TO WEAR IT.  A small piece of gold worn by you can help you to bring this into alignment. It won’t do it completely, it will help.
If you can further energise your gold, by:

The energy will last in your piece of gold for several hours.
Now what are physical conditions for this (3rd) energy wheel? The fever is your biggest clue. The higher the fever, the more in imbalance is your energy wheel. Fever CAN be brought under control. To bring it down there is a different sound.  To raise it there is a different sound.
To bring your fever down – and this can be done for another who is in fever, the sound is :

Why don’t you try it and see how you feel cold  -  B B B B   C#  B   -   B B B B  C#   B    -     B B B B  C#  B      -     B B B B   C#  B
There is a gentle cooling.  When you are feeling hot and have no other means to cool – this is the sound required. 

But when you are cold and want to GENERATE HEAT:

Do not do this too often. 
When heat is generated when not required, it will affect. But when you are cold, when you are in shock,  (again the Medium had difficulty speaking because of the high energy forcing out such strange sounds) when there is physical trauma, a few sounds of this will bring heat back into your body.
THE  (4TH ) HEART  CHAKRA
This does not respond to green. It only EMITS green when you are calm. What it really responds to, is SILVER. Why then have Masters used ‘green’? WHEN SILVER ENTERS THE PHYSICAL IT CHANGES ITSELF TO SUIT THE OPENING OF THIS ENERGY WHEEL.  For energy wheels that are opened enough, it will change itself to PINK. Why? It is an energy that goes STRAIGHT, unlike what you might think; it is NOT a gentle energy at all. It is SHARP, STRIKING, almost, but not completely the same as orange. ITS FORCE CAN SHATTER ANY RESISTANCE.  When you receive it as silver and it changes to pink, it automatically slows down any excessive spinning in any energy wheel. If this energy wheel is not opened enough, silver will enter and change itself into a grey colour, which will not be able to help the other energy wheels.
Whether the energy wheel has opened, or not opened enough, the sound that you use . . . . . . . . . . .  .
(Again a VERY LOUD & prolonged crackling in the tape – THE SOUND MADE AS WELL AS  the words   were definitely lost here . . . . .

. . .when . .fear  ? . . . . HAS CAUGHT YOUR HEART, WHEN THERE IS REJECTION AND BETRAYAL,

emitted sound  . . . . sixth  ? and yet light sound . . . circle ? . . . . . 
You can prevent a heart attack, you need never  . . .. . . .till the child is calm. How does the mother do this?. . . . .the baby, whose agitation can be encompassed and removed by the calm and peace emitted by the mother. So calm yourselves every day, let us   . . . . . .  fall off to sleep.
AND THEN WE COME TO THIS ENERGY WHEEL (5TH - THROAT  CHAKRA).
We will not discuss these two (6th and 7th).  Because if we were to give you the sounds to activate, you may activate it incorrectly or when not required and cause harm.

But this (throat chakra) does not release its own energy. IT ONLY THROWS BACK ENERGY THAT IS OUTSIDE.  WHAT YOU GET BOUNCES BACK.
A harsh word is spoken. Its energy has to hit, along with all energy wheels even this one (throat). When it hits this energy wheel, if this (heart chakra) has not opened enough, if this (throat) has received MORE than what can be handled by its connection, what will bounce off will be a replication of the sound received.  So it will be harsh word for harsh word. It’s only a replication. If this (heart) has opened enough and has been able to remember the connection, has been able to strengthen this energy being which can take this hate and not be imbalanced, what will bounce off will be a replication of this sound  - not a sound that you have received. Confusing sometimes  - no? 
But you must understand your energy. That you DO NOT RELEASE any energy from you.  So what is this energy that bounces off you? Just as you do not release, no one else releases. But have you forgotten suddenly that this is the point (solar plexus) that is releasing? And this (throat chakra) is picking it up? 
So if his energy wheel (solar plexus) releases, it is picked up by this energy wheel (throat) and these two energy wheels (solar plexus and heart) are sluggish in their activation, this energy will be replicated and will bounce back. But if these two energy wheels are in full function, your own energy released from your own energy wheel will be replicated and will bounce off. SO THIS (THROAT) ONLY REPLICATES A SOUND RELEASED BY THIS (SOLAR PLEXUS) ENERGY WHEEL. Whether your own or another’s. So when someone says ‘hello’ to you with love and gentleness, what is the replication? Hello with love and gentleness. It only replicates. BUT YOU CAN CONTROL WHAT IT REPLICATES, SO THAT IT REPLICATES WHAT YOU WISH. Not as a reaction to someone else’s release. Do you understand better now, what a reaction is? The light-sound energy is only replicated by you. That is a reaction.
Because this (throat) does not release, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t respond to sound. In fact it responds to so many sounds. All the various spoken and unspoken, heard and unheard sound frequencies come here and are replicated.
In order to help this (throat chakra) not to replicate another’s harsh sound frequencies, use the same sound that you used for ‘THIS’. (the solar plexus)
Yes sometimes it might become a little difficult, when you have to make these sounds before another. We understand.
But TAKE THE TIME TO BE WITH YOURSELF. So many of you are just never alone. You must be alone every day for a little while, to do what you wish. Soothing yourself, energizing yourself, shattering your illusions. In just 5 to 10 minutes of being alone, you will be literally a different energy being. But you MUST have that.
Do you know why there is a fear of loneliness? Do you know from where the fear of ‘being alone’ comes? Fear of being alone is actually an acknowledgement that I am just ‘useless’. When there is no ‘self-worth’, there is fear for being alone.  That is what you call ‘loneliness’. Initially some of you may have to force yourselves to be alone, but do it. Do it for YOU.
I am a friend who is far away from you and does not come so often. But, you may even call upon me whenever you wish. But my energies are so different that in fact instead of bringing comfort, they may make you a little uncomfortable.
