Spiritual Body and Etheric Body

Could you tell us something about our different bodies and whether the ‘spiritual body’ is the same as the ‘etheric body’, please?

Your spiritual body resides within and yet outside. The etheric is only outside.  The etheric is the result of the energy passed on to you from your spiritual body. What you truly ‘are’, child, is the spiritual spark. But when you need to take physical form, when the spark must divide itself into two, one remains in the realm of Knowledge and the other resides in the realm of Forgetfulness. When you divide, and you take on physicality, the energy must be continuous and flow to your physical body. Otherwise, the physical body will die instantaneously. The etheric bodies are the channels through which this energy is gently transmitted to the physical body, eventually reaching the physical body in a manner that will not cause any discomfort.
