Greetings of Sananda. Today we will understand the significance of our ten fingers. It is essential to understand that we have a Higher Self and we have the Higher Higher Self. So you have the Higher Mental and beyond that the Higher Higher Mental; the Higher Emotional and beyond that the Higher Higher Emotional. The Higher Self, which we sometimes refer to in its two aspects as Higher Mental and Higher Emotional, is influenced by your assimilation. The greater your assimilation of energies in incarnations, the more expanded is the Higher Self. If you have not assimilated enough, your Higher Self might in fact be just a tiny bit more expanded than your lower self. It is therefore easy to see that if the Higher Self expands constantly and does not expand only after death, and you sit here today and have one moment of complete assimilation of an energy that you had put out earlier, instantly your Higher Self will expand.
The Higher Self is ruled by the thumb of your left hand. To have a Higher Self connection, if one presses the ball of the left thumb you will be able to feel the vibrations of your Higher Self. You can do that now. Pressing the ball of your left thumb can help you to actually physically feel the vibration of your Higher Self. Sometimes it takes a few minutes of doing this to attain this connection.
The Higher Higher Self is not influenced at all either by your assimilated energies or by your un-assimilated energies. It is your Spirit Essence - the Higher Higher Self. But this Spirit Essence is also in a state of constant expansion, and is influenced not only by assimilated energies but by the intent for assimilation. The stronger and truer your intent for assimilation, the stronger and more expanded becomes your Spirit Essence. The Higher Higher Self is influenced by intent and not by what you actually do or say. Because of that even a murderer’s Higher Higher Self may really be very expanded, though on the face of it, when one is making a ‘value judgment’ about his lower Self, you might construe that the Higher Higher Self ‘must’ be affected by that act of murder. It is not what you do, it is not what you say, it is not what people believe of you. Someone may look at you and pass a ‘value judgment’ that you being so obviously wise and learned, your Higher Higher Self would be in a state of full expansion, but, in fact, just the reverse might be true.
The Higher Higher Self is never in a state of what we can call constriction or contraction because your Spirit Essence is always in a state of, what we call, expansion. But how much it expands, how rapidly it expands, is influenced by intent. The Higher Higher Self can be accessed by rubbing or pressing the ball of the thumb of the right hand.
What the Master is telling me right now is, this would be a good way for you to get over guilt. Often you do something for which you then begin to feel guilty, and for my easy association, He is giving me the example of telling a lie. Anytime I speak a lie, however minor it might be, I get into a full cycle of complete guilt, and I am certain and convinced that I have in some way harmed my energy vibrations. If there are others like this present here today (and I’m sure there are otherwise the Master would not have given me this example), in that moment of guilt, connect to the vibrations of your Higher Higher Self and sit till you feel its full vibrations. Getting in link with your Higher Higher Self vibrations takes more time than feeling the vibrations of the Higher Self.  Wait in silence, in stillness, till the vibrations are tangibly felt by you, and more often than not you will be surprised to find that the vibrations are of a very expanded Higher Higher Self structure, and that what you have done has had no effect.
Then we come to the Higher Mental. The Higher Self and the Higher Higher Self are the combined body or structure of both the Mental and the Emotional. Now we are looking at their distinct energies. So we are not looking at the Higher Self as a whole. The Higher Mental can be accessed by the forefinger of the left hand. To erase confusion, to facilitate clarity of thought, if you are able to place your left hand forefinger upon a clear quartz crystal, the clear quartz crystal will facilitate a quicker and easier connection to the Higher Mental. Keeping the finger in place, you can then begin to voice your doubts, ask your questions, ask for clarifications, and as the answers are received you can write them down or the Master suggests speak them into a tape recorder.
Then we come to the Higher Higher Mental, for which the forefinger of the right hand is used… the right hand is always for the Higher Higher Self and its structures. The left is for the higher Self and its structures. So we come to the Higher Higher Mental. Accessing the Higher Higher Mental for the clearance of doubts and clarifications will not help. The Higher Higher Mental is only to be used to access DIVINE WISDOM; wisdom that can come to you from ranges, spaces, dimensions, of the Universe that are still untapped. But you can use the Higher Higher Mental to clear your doubts and clarifications from the point of view of this DIVINE WISDOM. What the Master is giving as an example right now is, if you are reading, as some of us, did the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and there is a sutra which you do not understand essentially, and wish to have greater clarification of that, the clear quartz crystal has to be used to place your right forefinger upon. Read the lines of the Yoga Sutra you need clarification of and just sit in silence, and the clarification, explanation, doubt clearance, will come to you.
For this work, the Master suggests that the quartz crystal that you use must not be used for any other purpose or if it is used for other purposes, before use by any hand, please wash it under running water for at least two minutes. Furthermore, He says the structure of the crystal must be such that it is not cloudy within itself. A cloudy quartz crystal is an excellent personal crystal to use, he says. If you are going through clearance work, chakric cleansing, or any other energy clearance process, use a quartz crystal that is cloudy. The quartz crystal, through the energy clearance work done on you, will begin to clear itself and therefore become a catalyst to clear you even further. When this kind of work is done, use the same quartz crystal throughout the clearance/cleansing process, holding it in your left hand… Higher Self. The Higher Higher Self needs no clearance work.
The crystal that you use for clarification of doubts, answering of questions, either from Higher Mental or Higher Higher Mental, must be completely clear; its size does not matter as much as its clarity does. The reason, He explains, that they insist on clarity is that if the crystal has a cloudiness it will first clear itself, and then begin to give you clarification, which will take a longer time.
And I can feel the Master smiling as he observes that not many of us have that level of patience.

Q: Can the crystal be polished or does it have to be rough?

It can be either; it just has to be clear.
We now come to the Emotional body and that is the ring finger. The left hand ring finger is your connection to your Higher Emotional and here he wishes us to pause and ponder over the implication of why we wear wedding bands on this ring finger.
When there is a union, the union is first of the Emotional bodies, where the two Higher Emotional bodies unite, thus uniting the Mental bodies, and then uniting the physical bodies. Here he wishes to state that very often when you get married to someone you know that this person is not for you; that this is the marriage not meant for you.
Here he wishes to bring about a clarification of blueprint pillars. Not all marriages are blueprint pillars, though most are. Thus knowing that a marriage is not for you, you get this information from the union of the two Higher Emotional bodies. When this union itself is not harmonious, where the energies of the two higher Emotional bodies are not in a match, the two Higher Mentals will convey this message to you and you say, I feel, I know in my heart, that this is not the match for me. Do not get into this match thinking if it is a blueprint pillar I have to abide by it. He wishes to reiterate that blueprint pillars are now shaky; they are losing their ‘solid energy structure’. They are getting ‘fluid’ because as the Earth has evolved, blueprint pillars can be changed by accessing the Higher Higher Self.
When the Higher Emotional body is telling you of a mismatch of energies (and it need not only be in a marriage; it can be any interpersonal transaction or social or romantic or any other personal relationship) listen to this message, understand that what has already happened is that the two Higher Emotional bodies, yours and the other’s, have not formed a perfect match. Now, he continues and says, if you have taken a firm choice, i.e. a blueprint choice, to be in a relationship (and he again states not necessarily romantic) and if the Emotional body match is not appropriate, this information will not be transmitted to the Higher Mental and to you because you have to go through the choice you have made. But when this information is transmitted to you, you must know by that, that the option is available for you, and that you are being encouraged to exercise your lower self will.
Then, Nandinie, he wishes to tell you specifically that in such situations the free will choices are not of the Higher Self but the lower self, where the lower Self is informed of a mismatch and then the Universe waits for the decision, choice, option to be exercised by the lower Self. When there are such free will decisions that have to exercised by the lower Self, the Higher Self, within its structure, already has the set of possibilities for both options.
This is your Higher Emotional Self (pointing to the ring finger of the left hand). To connect to it is simple. If you constantly wear on this finger a ruby, a pearl, a moonstone, or a rose quartz, you will be in constant connection with your Higher Emotional Self. When you wish to get into connection with it, and if you are not constantly wearing one of these, then at the time you wish to connect, either touch one of these stones, or wear something that has one of these stones. The Master states that when you wish a connection with the Higher Emotional body there must be no tourmaline, no bloodstone and no sunstone on your person or in your vicinity.
Now, what kind of clarification/help would you seek from the Higher Emotional body? You would ask the Emotional body first to explain to you your own emotions, and here he states that the kind of work we did in the Rewriting Our Script workshop is greatly facilitated with this kind of connection. If one has to understand the feelings involved, and if these feelings come from a very distant past which are difficult to access not only because of the elapsed time, but because of the painful experiences attached to those feelings and fears, the Higher Emotional Body can help you overcome those fears and give you those clarifications you require.
But the Higher Emotional body does not give you the answer instantly as the Higher Mental. Once you have done this exercise of asking the Higher Emotional body for the answer, you must wait. The reason why the waiting period is given is, that often the answers that are given will make you experience emotions which you have long suppressed. Thus, first the Higher Emotional body must begin to strengthen you, to give you strength to understand the feelings and not to react in an out of control manner. It is only then that the Higher Emotional body will give you the answer. If it is a feeling or emotion that does not involve suppression or pain, it would be a very quick process of getting the answer. If the answer does not come quickly, understand that what this answer will really touch will be a deeper issue.
With your right ring finger and the same stones (and the stones not to be used as earlier mentioned) the connection is with the Higher Higher Emotional body. The Higher Higher Emotional body is meant for no clarification; it is to get you into a state of balance. It gives you no answers, it gives you no clarification, it does not open up for you any issues that you need to work on, it only gives you BALANCE. The Master states that if do this balancing for even five minutes each morning and each night you will find that you will be in a state of relative balance throughout the day. Whatever has caused the imbalance through the day, before you sleep you set it right. How long you need is only a guideline given to you as five minutes; if, through the day, you have been emotionally distraught or scattered, you will need to sit with these stones, in this connection, for a longer period.

Q: We use all these different stones and rings, does it help or…

Very often it hinders.
Q: Does wearing a tourmaline stop you from being emotional?
Yes, because the tourmaline is not meant to connect you with your emotions.
It is time for us to go beyond our old knowledge of the stones. As we evolve so do our beloved crystals. And those of us who use crystals, now must go beyond old books, old truths. Sometimes the same stone which used to work for one issue now in fact works for a completely differently issue, and stays passive, non-active for the earlier issue that it worked upon. The Master wishes to tell you that most of the books written today have the old truths. As the evolution of the stones and Earth and humanity proceeds, the stones will now begin to evolve and work for you according to your personal evolution, and will have no general truths about them. So a rose quartz may work for S in one way but when N uses it might not have any effect whatsoever, and in fact if N were to use the rose quartz, and if she were open to its messages, she might in fact be told to use it a manner diametrically opposite to S’s.
When the third dimension evolution is left behind, personal evolution becomes of prime importance for energy tools like crystals. They conform, adapt, modify and evolve with the user and not with the Earth, although those stones, which are still below the Earth, will modify, adapt and evolve with the Earth. But as soon as you become its ‘user’ it will begin to modify, adapt and evolve with you.
Those who need and wish to work with crystals, must then sit with each crystal and write out their own truth. The crystal will tell you this is what I am most useful for, I can be used along with these crystals and if this crystal is hooked with me I lose a bit of my power. And what ‘he’ will get will not be the same as what ‘she’ will get. So it would be a pointless exercise to take another’s notes as your guidelines.
Now we come to the middle finger of both hands. The middle finger of both hands connects us to the highest vibration of our I AM Presence, except the left hand will go through the Higher self channel, and the right hand will go through the Higher Higher Self channel. If you are doing a channeling, doing an energy reading, doing healing work, it would be advisable to connect to your own Highest I AM Presence vibration through the right hand, Higher Higher Self conduit. But if you wish to be in a state of expansion, in a state of consciousness, in a state of awareness, as one should be through the day, then connect to it through the Higher Self conduit.
Its easy to connect to the highest vibrations of your I AM Presence. The only thing one has to do is touch the thumb and the middle finger. He says that now you will understand the mudras that you find some of your sages seated in. They have a left hand connection and a right hand connection. They are in a state of complete consciousness and awareness, and in a state of complete link with the universe to give you whatever answers you seek.
The last two small fingers have no connection to either the Higher Self or the Higher Higher Self. They are your connection to your physical lower Self. Connection with your left hand is for clearance and purification, and connection with the right hand is for expansion.
He says you have ten fingers, and the Universe literally at your fingertips.

Q: Does wearing a ring on the central finger impede the connection?

Now when you wear any jewellery on your fingers, be in a state of even greater consciousness. You can use the ability that you have to ‘talk’ with your rings or your stones, and see what the stone wishes to do for you, and then decide which finger you need to wear it on. It’s not the finger that decides the stone; the stone decides the finger that it needs to be worn on.

Q: I do certain mudras and am told each finger is connected to a planet, elements…

That is through your Emotional, Mental bodies

We have come to a stage where now the Masters observe we are ready to accept this truth which can facilitate us; where we don’t need to pay attention to some many other complicated tools, thus making it easy for us, because we have earned it through our growth to know of it. So if you have a problem in your breathing, N, there is a clearance required. Use this mudra (with the small finger) and focus it on whatever needs clearance.

Q: Balancing of energies….how do you do that…

Whatever you need to, whenever you need to connect with any of the fingertips, all you need to do is press that fingertip. Sometimes physically press it with your own finger, and sometimes as it has been asked by pressing it on that stone.

Q: We can use the thumb?

You can use the thumb because the thumb is the full Higher Self structure or the Higher Higher Self structure, whichever hand you are using.

Q: The stones, crystals… is there is any connection with the flowers?

In fact flowers are the next generation of earth energy tools. It will be flowers that will be used in the next decade, in fact even more popularly than crystals. Right now the energies of the flowers, humanity is just beginning to experiment with. It is this wisdom that is slowly and gradually being released into our human physical realm, and in the next few years we will have far more wisdom on flowers.

That is exactly the way to be. Do not wear something that is uncomfortable. Your fingers are very sensitive and give you far more information than you need. Why do you think a child touches everything? It is not a simple touch, but through the touch the child is taking in a lot of wisdom. It touches the stone… it does not only see the stone; it understands that the stone is part of Earth, it understands the energy of the stone, it understands the strength of the stone, it understands where the stone has come from, it understands what the stone is doing here… all by the child playing with that stone. Touch is very important. Why is it that an infant needs to be touched? The infant does not understand our words, the infant does not know our communication; our touch tells the infant what it needs to know. That is why very often even though the mother is patting the infant, the infant continues to cry in an agitated manner. The mother is supposedly singing a lullaby, which should soothe the infant, but the infant is getting completely different messages and communication from the touch. What the mother might actually be telling the infant is stop crying, I’m getting more and more agitated, I don’t want to lose my cool.

Q: There is a ….on the fingertip, does it affect…

None at all, that is purely physical.

Q: How about wearing only gold or metal…

You can wear that, once again see how you react to it, how you feel.

What they are actually doing is touching, poking, pressing those meridians that are connected to your Higher bodies. Remember the work is being done on that Higher body. Acupressure and acupuncture are not done on a physical level at all. It’s being worked on here (physical) but its doing work on that level (etheric). It is the same when I’m working with you on your grid work – I’m supposedly working on this physical, but I’m actually working on the Higher energies.

You find out your truths. Find out your truths – which flower you need , what does each flower mean for you, how can you use it, what can you use it for, when should you use it, should you eat it, should you put it into water and drink that water – find out all those details for yourself.

Q: When I’m matching a dress with stones…how do I know this one is not for me or …?

Sir is smiling here, K, and he says when the intent of wearing that is for the purpose of jewellery it does not function as an energy tool.

Q: Why does a child lose his ‘sense of touch’ which is so sensitive earlier?

Because you begin to have words. It is words that cause the most energy blocks within you. As soon as the child begins to speak the fingertips begin to lose their ability to talk, because now, with the word, the child is looking at communication from a purely physical, sensory perspective. The higher messages are stopped.
In fact there are some souls who choose the state of being deaf and dumb because they need to do a lot of work on a very higher level of energy, quite unknown to us. They choose to cut off those sensory organs, which would be a distraction or a hindrance to that work. When you are working on very high energy levels, if there are energy blocks, it will cause great problems in your physical. Knowing this, and having chosen to do that work on a very high energy level, they choose to shut off those sensory organs that would cause any kind of obstacles.
Q: What about those who have no limbs to facilitate their expansion?

Then you would have the ability to expand in thought and then expand in energy.
Q: What about a person in a coma? How do you communicate with them?

Again talk through touch. Talk through touch, continue talking through touch. Left hand more important, because when the person is in coma, and if you are picking up confusion then the left hand. If there is no confusion, if you are picking up that the person is in coma for being in a state of complete utter rest, stillness, balance, then the right hand.

Q: If the person is left handed does it mean…

No, that is purely physical.
Q: When we are healing or sending energy, which hand do we use?

Depends again, now this is in an old ancient truth that we receive the energy from the left hand and you give the energy from the right hand, doesn’t stand ‘good’ anymore. If the healing is ‘energy clearance’ related, the left hand needs to emit and the right hand then must be used to receive the energies of the Universe. But if that patient is coming to you for a healing, but you are aware that the patient is completely clear in the lower bodies as well as the higher bodies, and all that the patient requires is an expansion boost in the Higher Higher bodies, then receive with your left hand and give with your right hand.

Q: What mudra should we use while chanting?

Very nice, question, S, but you must first know what exactly you need from that exercise of chanting for that time. Where do you want to connect, do you want to connect to Higher Mental as well as the Higher Higher Mental or the Higher Emotional as well as the Higher Higher Emotional? Then do the mudras with that hand or both hands. And you can connect to two different structures simultaneously. Or you may wish to connect to the Higher Mental but the Higher Higher Emotional. So it does not necessarily have to be the same fingers for both the hands.
Q: Can we use this for manifestation?

Manifestation is not yet at your fingertips. Once this truth is at your fingertips, then another truth will come. All truths are eventually at your fingertips, metaphorically and literally. But the Universe only releases that which you can do, and then when you have mastered that then it moves us beyond.

Q: What happens to a person who has lost a hand?

Very good question, S. The other hand takes over all tasks. When the person loses both the hands, the feet take over all tasks. When the person has no limbs at all then the person’s sensory organs become his conduit, if he should so wish to. His Higher Mental (left eye), Higher Higher Mental (right eye), Higher Emotional (left ear), Higher Higher Emotional (right ear). So nothing is ever taken away.

Q: What about those who have two thumbs or six fingers?

That’s an interesting question, R. When someone has either two thumbs or the sixth finger here, that person really has a connection to energy levels in dimensions other than human. It is a very real connection; as real as holding someone’s hand and being connected with him, as real and as tangible. As I’m giving you this answer, I understand….is it any wonder that Hrithik Roshan did such a superb task in that movie of aliens?
