For some time now, many of you have asked me to conduct a workshop in EFT. EFT-- Emotional Freedom Technique -- originated by Gary Craig, shows us that tapping on certain key points on the body manipulates "energy meridians". Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a form of alternative therapy that works onnegative emotions can cause disturbances in the body's energy field.

In the words of Gary Craig himself, '........ EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips. This addresses a new cause for emotional issues (unbalanced energy meridians). Properly done, this frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.'

This method as been used by me, personally, (in a form modified by my Cosmic Master Jade Fire) for almost two years now, and has provided wonderful results for all those whom it has been shared with.

In the course of the esoteric healing and esoteric psychology work that I do, I have realized that unless the energy meridians are cleared of past patterns, belief systems and energy debris, healing cannot be 100% attained even when the individual works very hard towards this goal. The wonder of this technique is that it works on physical, emotional, and mental issues, just as effectively. I use it extensively in inner child work, as well as during relationship resolution counselling.

My family (including my two teenage children) and I, use it on everything possible....including exam stress, physical health, emotional upheavals, weight issues, et al!

This amazingly simple but powerful technique can be learnt by any person, of any age!!!

Though I appreciate that there a very large number of you wishing to learn this technique, I do not wish to have a very large group as individual attention is VITAL in such a workshop. I have, therefore, set aside two days for the workshop (you can choose either one that suits you best).
