To rise to our spiritual heights we must let fall the citadels we hide behind.
Oh! to be a tree and stand tall in calm solitude that embraces all.

Where there is guilt, there cannot be love. Where there is deception, there cannot be respect.
The present is a gift from the Universe. Turn not your back to it in order to view the past, nor look beyond it in order to squint into a hazy future.
The most difficult thing that love demands is that you let go of the one you love, knowing that love will always fill the empty physical space left behind.
To bring love into your life , you must first let go of doubt and fear. Pessimism disallows entry to happiness.
Those who cannot say ‘I’m sorry’ are extremely insecure and lacking in self esteem. Thus the arrogance.
When you give a gift expecting something in return it’s not a gift but a bribe.
If I can be all that I can be in each moment of time, I will end up being all that I can be all the time.
Expect faith to move mountains, for it can. Expect each day to bring in a miracle, for it will. Expect those who condemn you, to embrace you, and that will be so. Expect that all speak the language of love, and move in unity towards a light that beckons all. Expect universal richness. Make your expectations so strong that your energy and attention and focus make these miracles come true.
Why do you still choose to live by human conditioning and law When you know that you are divine beings having a human experience? When will you start expecting the joy, the splendour, the glory, the magnificence, promised to you by divine law? You expect to be let down, you expect to be disappointed, you expect to be betrayed. Then why do you complain when your expectations come true?
Fear, guilt , anxiety and rage quite effortlessly stem the flow of universal abundance.
Children ( as with all people) will always be EXACTLY what we expect them to be. To bring out their best potential we must expect the best of them.
You cannot completely love someone you abuse, and you cannot abuse someone you truly love.
No one is important or significant enough to accept abuse from!!! Self respect takes precedence over any so called ‘loved one’ who insults the relationship with the use of abuse.
’God’ strikes fear only when you are hiding from yourself due to guilt and shame. When you lovingly embrace yourself ‘God’ turns loving , kind and all embracing.
When change is imminent , the old goes through preparations for exit. This period is difficult for, though we eagerly look forward to the change, we are often paralysed by our fears and wish to cling to the old.
When you have chosen to ‘grin and bear it’, do just that…. Don’t growl and blame instead.
When truths different from our own rattle us, we condemn them, instead of taking the time to see what we can learn from them.
Gentleness is as POWERFILLED as might!
Of all the persons I know, I am the ONLY one with the power to make my life better…. Or worse.
Keeping others out is not half as painful as shutting yourself in.
Love is all that matters; do not sacrifice love for a false sense of obligation.
Respect cannot be demanded; It has to be earned. Don’t blame another for not respecting you; ask how you failed to earn that respect.
The look of enjoyment on a child’s face is a treasure worth working hard for.
To win one must believe in victory. Belief resides not at an intellectual level but at the subconscious. Victory is drawn to you only when negative projections of the subconscious have been overcome.
Success is as sweet as the number of lives the successful person sweetens.
WHO we meet is not as important as HOW we meet them. And WHO we are with them must not be based upon HOW useful they can be to us.

The hardest trait to recognize in one’s self is selfishness. The hardest thing to resist is flattery. But both are impotent before the omniscience of Self Awareness.
Whatever is taken unjustly/ dishonestly from others will never remain. Nothing that is not yours by divine right can be enjoyed fully and permanently.
When we are mindfull of the needs of others, and mindless of how much we give, our needs miraculously disappear as our desires manifest even before the intellect can register them.
Sharing your things is an act of charity: sharing of yourself is profound enrichment.

Negation of materiality and the so-called ego state is not spirituality. Embracing them both joyously, with the power of the Divine Spirit that we are, is. When Spirit has chosen to have an experience of duality and polarity, any ‘extreme’ choice would result only in lack of inner union.
We see who we are in others. We can observe certain traits in others ONLY because there are resonances ( however minute) of the same within us.
When you feel that all has been lost, ask ‘what is the ‘something’ new that I am here to find?'

Selflessness is not self sacrifice. Selflessness is the glory of the hero; self sacrifice the manipulation of a victim.
As humans it is our birthright to evolve. No one can stay us from this process…save ourselves.
How quickly the ego is flattered, and how profoundly the Universe uses the ego to show us how small we can be! In that pettiness, how often do we turn away from the Universal gift of LOVE, in order to bask in the vulgar glitter of what money can buy?
I admire the self-respect of those who prefer to go without, rather than expect others to go without, so that their wants can be satisfied. Resentment at not having your wants satisfied spells ENVY and MEANNESS in capital letters.
Self- Growth is a commitment, not a pastime. Self-Awareness involves being conscious, not intellectual.
Your smile must be the brightest when it is most difficult to smile. Only then can you radiate light even when the inside has become dim.The light you shine outwards will come back and brighten your inner being.
The less ‘sensationalism’ we attract in our lives the more grounded and real we are. Whenever you hear or are told things that stroke your ego , ask yourself ‘ how does this REALLY change who I am and what I am currently experiencing ?’
Responsibility is response ability.

There is no greater joy than seeing your divinity reflected in the eyes of others.
Silence is not always golden. Often silence gives complete acquiescence to the wrong doer. And shows the impotence of one choosing to remain silent in such situations.
What most see as rage, is more often than not deep, deep hurt unexpressed. The human heart does not fear work or toil, but the ingratitude of others that often follows it.
The inner voice speaks louder than the idle chatter of the lower mind, but is heard the least. The inner eye sees brighter than the glazed perspective of preconditioning, but its light is oft shadowed by the harshness of prejudice.

In the heart of silence is found the silence of the heart.
Instead of 'fighting' for peace, let's surrender to it. Instead of 'shouting' for love, let's smile with it.
Repetitive patterns occur because we give the events all our attention. Shift focus from the event to the energy we need to assimilate through the event and the pattern breaks instantly.

How quick we are to judge another's actions, and equally quick to justify our own! How quick to view all observations as accusations, and equally quick to turn the 'general' into 'personal'.
Personality weaknesses are Soul strengths unrecognized. To recognize and grow into the strengths you necessarily have to acknowledge the weaknesses.
Someone asked me an interesting question today. If all are my mirrors, will the world stop, if I stop doing everything? My answer to that : NO, for though you may stop physical activity, your mind will continue with its chatter, which will be mirrored in the world's activities. The day you truly stop 'doing' and are 'being', you will not even ask this question, for all answers will be known to you already.

When you 'change' to become what another wants you to be, they may love you more, but you love them less. And what is worse, is that you love you less.
There are those who consider self responsibility as pointing fingers at themselves and so end up pointing a finger at others. In this lies their safety.
Abundance vs Lack...Abundance makes choices that are ruled by the desire to conserve and help Mother Earth, and out of an understanding of non-perpetuation of Maya. It encourages sharing.
Lack makes choices that are ruled by the need to save for calamity/crisis, and out of belief that 'things' validate you and your emotional well-being. It encourages hoarding.
One who has not learnt to respect and honour himself, will overtly or covertly, disrespect others, snub them, and use them as objects of cruel laughter and ridicule.
Here's a big round of cheer for all who can laugh at themselves !!!! Inviting all with fragile ego's to toughen up and enlarge our numbers. Let's go yah ha ha weh!!!
That which we perceive as 'darkness' is Consciousness in Potential; that which we know as Light is Consciousness in Action.

- When life stares you in the face, are you too busy looking for what it does not have so that you miss its promises and opportunities?
- When you are too scared to claim what's yours by divine right, you cannot resent others who are not.
- Life gives equally to all... It's just that some accept what it has to offer while others petulantly refuse to look beyond their ignorance and unrecognized subconscious needs.
- If you spend a large part of your day griping and bitching, is it any wonder that your life is going nowhere?
- It takes far more effort to be determinedly negative than light- heartedly positive.
- Every discerning human being can see flaws when they exist. That's your humanness expressing itself. Whether you get stuck in the criticism or not determines how your divinity expresses itself.
- Are you so sucked in that you become part of the problem instead of the solution?
- A pessimist morosely views the problem; an optimist determinedly finds a solution. Which one are you?
- When you encounter one whose traits you do not like, watch him well, but judge him not. In this way you will learn how not to be.
- Effort is the energy expended on a task. Why consider it hard work?
- Our 'mirrors' do not reflect who we are, our persona, our feelings, our strengths or our deficiencies. They reflect our thought... conscious and unconscious
- Whenever we expect another to be unpleasant, they are!!! They become what we expect them to BE. The power is ours to make what we desire!! Change the expectations, and all around you shifts likewise.
- How can I be alone, when I AM All-One?
- A Master is not who is flawless, but one who is determined to be so.
- We judge others not as they are; but as WE are.
- How wondrous is the Divine Light: it shines on us through so many windows.
- Dont stop your Divine Flow because another refuses to shift. Move with Life.......and free yourself from the stranglehold of their stagnancy.
- The less 'mine' in our lives, the more 'ours' there is!!
- Why crack the mirror when its much easier to wipe away the inner grime?
