IMPORTANT MEDITATION FOR 5D CROWN CHAKRA ACTIVATION AND ITS EXPLANATION
Please give yourself a very deep and significant moment of self-honour because if you are here today it means that, consciously or unconsciously, you have been involved in a lot of work on self, with self. Your soul has sent out a loud and strident call to the Universe, which the Universe cannot deny, that you are ready to be one of those few who are ready to be now used in a very conscious and tangible manner by the Universe, as a server. One hour from now all of us, truly and in the most Divine sense of the word, becomes servants. When I first read this word years ago, my arrogance of that time came up and I internally rebelled against this description of a light worker, and today it gives me the utmost joy to call myself that, for it is only a servant who can be a true spiritual master. When we leave this hall, we will all be servants, for in coming here today, you have told the Universe that you are ready to face all consequences, to meet all challenges, you are ready, if need be, to increase your own share of personal suffering, so that by assimilating the suffering of others into your strength, you are able to decrease the quantum of total suffering….and this is the movement into the 5th dimension, the tilting of the scales in favour of JOY. Till now the scales were tilted in favour of suffering, and for the tilt to take place in favour of JOY, the weight of suffering has to diminish. To diminish any energy that is already present in our Universe, it has to be assimilated by an energy stronger than itself … your energy. By being here today you have answered the urging of your soul. For those like us, 2007 may not be a very easy one. It is in this year that the scales HAVE to change, so you and I, in every moment, will be deeply assimilating the energy of suffering…that energy that Buddha has spoken of. Why did Buddha say there HAS to be suffering? What Buddha was referring to was a point in time in the evolution of man when the Earth attracted to itself this energy we call suffering; when the Earth attracted to itself Ray 4. That is what Buddha was talking about, which we hadn’t understood. Buddha was not saying that there has to be punishment and penance… but that this energy is one that we cannot do without as we, the Earth, have attracted to us for a significant and meaningful purpose. He was not talking of sorrow, but a state of beingness that is merely a step towards Divine Joy. 2008 is when the Ray 4 changes its quality. It changes from the Ray of Harmony through Conflict, to become the Ray of Beauty, Art and Music. The same Ray will now show its actual divine essence. All this while Ray 4 was acting in illusion and we got caught in it, because we had to experience fully all illusion. But the Ray has to shift, and because now Master Energies will not do anything for us as we have to do all the tasks ourselves, you and I have to turn that Ray around. We have to invite Ray 4 into our personal energy structures because from today onwards we will have a strength that most others will not have. You see me wearing this piece of jewellery. When I bought it, it was but a pretty bauble for me. And then Sohrab experienced its energy and explained its full and deep significance for me, and connected me to that part of me which I knew but which I was fighting hard not to acknowledge consciously in this lifetime. He asked me not to wear it as a bauble, and was certain that I would be guided when to wear it, and the purpose for it being worn. And he was right. I have worn this piece very rarely… this is the third time. Each time I am told when to wear it, and each time I wear it, it helps to activate those energies of mine which facilitate new energies to come into the earth grid for the very first time. It took me a very long time to acknowledge this because it just seems so big. Try telling yourself that earth shifting energies are coming through you and entering the earth grid for the first time. You might think it might be the easiest thing to believe; for me it is the most difficult acknowledgement to make, because of the strong memories of arrogance and conceit. But today, I am proud to make this acknowledgement because today I am not alone… I have a room full of people with me, whose souls have made the same commitment. It is through each one of us gathered here today that the energies will be released into the earth grid for the first time. And through us, moment to moment they will filter through to all, till each and every individual on earth will have this same energy by 2008. Each time this person receives this energy, you will know. How? There will be a short increase in the energy of suffering that you will experience. You will work, serve, for another. Those who you help personally, though completely without conscious awareness, will be helped in the release of those issues which are either the same as your own or very similar, thus you will perceive this to be your ‘problem’ (which on one level it will be) but which is the truest indication of your service being rendered to another. These circumstances do not need to be severe or harsh, because the strength of your energies will now diminish the size of problems, making them appear minuscule, like small molehills which you will overcome with ease. But that which you will find easy, another will find difficult due to the difference in the strengths of your energies, and by assimilating the energy of suffering for another, you thus serve another. So, let us not fear 2007 for as we sit here today we have sent out a clarion call that we proudly affirm that we have the strength required of us, and that nothing will afear us anymore… NOTHING. We can deal with all. You become like a chalice just waiting to be filled. And in 2008 when we have the joyous triumph of changing the Ray from Harmony through Conflict to the Ray of Divine Beauty, Art and Music, it will be our joyous reward to be the first recipients of this energy. But do not do this work with the reward in mind…do it because each one of us IS a Divine Servant. It also struck me when the earlier energy exercise had to be done, that energy clearance is an on going process of immense importance, and its significance now is even deeper because we have to ensure that we truly assimilate the energy of suffering and do not allow it to collect in our systems as debris and energy blocks. For this you need to know what your etheric bodies really are, how do they get unclean, so that you can prevent this from happening, and how can you clear the debris should it be created. In this wisdom lies complete self-reliance and self-empowerment, so that you do not need to approach another to take their help for clearance of the chakras or the etheric bodies. That is why I am starting the Energetic Hygiene classes from April. Today we are going activate the 5th dimension crown chakra which take us all instantly into our higher chakric systems. No more will you work through your physical chakric system, but your primary chakric system will be the higher chakric system, and the physical chakric system will only be the conduit. We are changing the equation within ourselves completely. Earlier the physical system was the primary system and the higher system the conduit for higher energies; now that higher system becomes your primary system and the physical system the conduit through which the energies of the primary system enter your physical body. Why is the crown chakra being activated alone? If the crown chakra is activated instantly the entire chakric system has to be activated, but it first activates the root chakra. So, in a sense, we are activating both the crown and the root. Every day heal your root chakra. You will be in far better health than you ever have been. You do not need to work on the other chakras if you do not wish to. How to heal the root chakra? That is simple. Let your energies be completely focused upon your root chakra. Each one will have a physical point which they relate to the root chakra. For me it is the opening of the vagina. All energies are to be centered in that physical spot. Wait for a burst of golden light… and it is done. Do not be impatient. After today’s ‘surge’ it will be even easier to do, because your actual root chakra will be the higher root chakra, which will not unground itself that quickly. But if the physical root chakra, which is part of the conduit, is in a constant state of imbalance, the primary chakric system will naturally be affected. So you need to focus each day on only one chakra, i.e. the root.
Exercise for the ‘Surge’ Close your eyes and take a very comfortable position. If during the course of the meditation you need to shift, please do so, ensuring at each moment that there is no physical discomfort. Please let your feet be in contact with the floor; remove your footwear. If you need a moment to check that your mobile phones are turned off, please do so now.
Breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth….. (About 3 times) As you breathe in through your nose, let the prana enter all your chakras, and as you exhale do so from every single chakra. There has to be a minimum level of physical debris cleared for this activation to take place, so use this time well to clear whatever may need to be still cleared. … (About five times)
Fill yourself with a tranquil blue light; release al your stress and tension. Experience divine tranquility.
Be open to receive the blessings that Spirit brings to you today.
Enter your sacred space, where you feel completely safe, completely protected, where your inner child comes for healing and nurturing.
Fill yourself with the essence of Divine Beauty, Divine Art, Divine Music. Let this energy enter your cells and tissues. Let every physical part of you be drenched in Divine Beauty. Let it enter every organ, reaching even your bone marrow.
Let us pause here for a while, as for the first time that the human race has ever known, the Gates of Shambhalla open.
You will know when they open for a deep and vibrant light will fill you.
Be honoured as you walk through the Gates of Shambhalla; a word that we had only read and heard of but of which we had no conscious knowledge. And yet here you are today, as one of the first beings going through the Gates of Shambhalla.
Each word will be given a secret word that you will not share with anyone, which will be your energy password. Each time you enter Shambhalla you now have a right to do so. All you have to do is to intone the sacred word three times, and without any meditation the gates will open for you. In silence, receive this secret word and express gratitude to your Divine Self for sharing this secret with you.
COMMAND your own Maitreya energies to EXPAND TO THE FULLEST.
RECEIVE an infusion of Diamond energy.
EXPAND your Pleiadian Light Energies TO THE FULLEST.
You are using only your energies for this activation.
EXPAND your Sirian Archangel Energies TO THE FULLEST.

INVOKE the presence now of your own self as Divine Advisor, who from this moment forth will constantly advise you about your life plan, will assist you in making vital decisions based on your divine work.
BREATHE deeply as the Diamond energy infused within you now enters your crown chakra, opening itself up completely to the higher chakric system, being absorbed by your pituitary gland, by your endocrine system and by every hormone in your body.
DRAW in the light. All your subtle bodies are being infused with this divine diamond light.
SIT in silence breathing deeply for a few moments while sheath is created around your 5th dimensional crown chakra which facilitates the shifting at all levels of your current consciousness and draws it into the 5th dimensional integration of light.
You might feel as though your body is getting softer. Surrender to it.
OPEN the left palm. In that you hold the energy of your 5th dimensional crown chakra.
OPEN your right palm. In that you hold the energy of your 5th dimensional root chakra.
(Facilitator of the meditation must say this): “ By the powers vested in me by the Universe I now command concentrated crystal light to flow between the crown chakra and the root chakra of the 5th dimensional chakric system, to ensure complete realignment, to ensure the flushing away from the cerebral spinal fluid any toxins or blocks.”
We will wait for this realignment to take place. If you feel any pinching or pain in the back, shift around so that there is physical movement in the back so that the cerebral spinal fluid is shifted around.
Take deep breaths and draw back your shoulders. The realignment can sometimes be an uncomfortable feeling.
The light is continuing to intensify.
A pranic tube is now being placed where your physical chakric system used to exist.
Please understand that you are going through what could be described as a physical and etheric surgery.
The Star of David covers the 5th dimensional crown chakra and now we begin to activate it ourselves by the chant of OM. (All together) OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Let us wait a short while for the new vibrations to set in.
Please repeat aloud strongly after me: I affirm as a 5th dimensional chakric system Being of Light, that I CHOOSE consciously and deliberately to end all cycles of self-torture, self-sabotage, self-abuse, self-doubt and self-rejection.
We are waiting for these energies to be removed.
With the next two affirmations you will strongly put in your names: I ------------- consciously acknowledge that I have committed to the 5th dimensional pathway of higher light work. I accept the blessing and the gift of serving as an ambassador of divinity. I rejoice in receiving the blessing of manifestation and to sharing this experience with all on earth. I acknowledge that it is now part to manifest for all on earth.
Take deep breaths. (About 5 times)
Again in this affirmation you will strongly state your name: I ------------------ acknowledge and commit to the path of soul service, serving man, woman and child, animal and plant, insect and reptile, fish and bird. I honour and accept this gift and I accept that from this moment forth I am a Master of Light.
Reaffirm to yourself silently the secret password given to you for Shambhalla.
With joy and honour in your heart, open your eyes to greet all the Masters of the Light that sit around you. |
