Scan your internal bodies (this method does not involve the energy bodies around you). Scan the internal body, slowly and gently, top to bottom, bottom to top, and there will be one spot, which you will either see as a spot of golden light, or you will hear a musical tone, and for those of you who are more inclined towards clairsentience, you will just know that it is the spot. Do this slowly, as there might be more than one spot within you that is a power center; but you must identify for yourself, the most powerful of all these centers.

Do not only examine your chakras; examine your whole body.

Once you have identified your power center, breathe deeply into the power center through your crown. Breathe into your center through your crown. Fill your center with your own power, your own strength, your own energy. As you breathe into it, gently begin to spin the power center in the direction you wish to spin it. Breathe and spin. Breathe and spin. As you breathe, the spinning of the power center will accelerate and strong shafts of your own power will begin to emanate from the power center.

 As the beams get stronger, question whether at this moment, you wish to use this power center for your own purpose, and if so, identify very clearly, the purpose. You may state it, if you wish, if you are so inclined to, in the form of a statement.

Here is a way to identify if this purpose that you wish to use it for is for your highest good in this NOW. If the beams strongly emanate outwards with a surge, then your power center has answered you in the positive, and has already begun the attainment of that purpose. If the beams remain constant or begin to almost fade away, accept with joy that your power center is aware that the time of attainment of this personal purpose has not yet arrived.

Once you have empowered your personal purpose, sit for a few moments, without any thought or direction, merely being conscious of your divine power and allow that to emanate and go where it will to those beings, places, people, situations, that might need your particular strength of power. Visualizing your power center to be in full activation, you can open your eyes and return to your daily activity.

This is the easiest way you can empower yourself to attain your purpose.

Do the power centers change or do they remain constant?

You will find the power centers changing as your own energies shift. Energies shift moment to moment, but not all energy shifts change the power centers. But some energy shifts, which may be due to a positive set of external circumstances or a troublesome set of external circumstances, can change this power center. Therefore, it is vital that you scan the body each time. Do not become habituated to one power center.

This we can use to manifest whatever we wish for?

Any manifestation: health, money, physical, non-material, what you wish; but you must allow the power center to guide you in its KNOWINGNESS whether the time for the purpose has arrived or not.

And if there are one or two particular ones we wish for, do we have to do them on a regular basis?

You work on it once, once for each purpose. You do not need to repeat. Your powers are strong; once is enough but if you do this every day, you need not always have a personal purpose; then you can activate your center and merely allow the power to radiate within you and outside. And it takes two minutes for you to become a complete power-house.

Can we use it to empower another who we feel needs it?

Then you must emanate it and allow the power to go to that person, if the power so wills it. Understand, beautiful one, often you desire to help from your ‘lower self’ desires. The power centers that you touch, are attached to your lower selves, but are actually drawing your own Divine Power and that POWER knows where and who requires it. You, being a good friend, might wish to direct it to her (pointing to someone) but the power knows it needs to go to him (pointing to another). So if it is for your personal purpose, you can give it direction; for all else it must be emanated without prejudice.

We can’t use it for healing another, even though we’ve been asked to heal?

Of course. Then that becomes your personal purpose. So if you wish to heal her then that is your personal purpose for which you may use it.

Even that we do only once?

Once.

Even if the power center gives us no direction (..)?

You may continue to do it more than once, if you should so desire. But once is enough.

And if we want to empower, say, our children?

Then that becomes your personal purpose and yes, once is enough if you have the complete certainty, FAITH that once is enough.

And if you don’t have that faith?

Then you must do it again because your power center will not work to its 100% efficiency.

In moments when you’re feeling low or in imbalance, would this help us?

Then only use it to get into empowerment of your own. At that time do not use it for any radiation or emanation.

What is the significance of the spirals going clockwise or anti-clockwise?

Every purpose has a different spin. There was earlier a truth given to you that centers move in only one direction and the anti-spin meant a negative energy. Those truths you have surpassed and grown beyond. Now whatever spins take place, in any exercise, any tool henceforth given to you, will now be at this new level of truth that you can access and use. The purpose for which the energy is used will direct its spin. The conscious mind need not be involved in this at all.

There were two power points in me, both spinning in opposite directions.

You have to use only one, because then the power points will negate each other and bring you into neutrality, but will not serve any purpose of attainment.

So you use only one at a time?

One.

Did anyone feel the power center to be in the feet?

Yes. (Some put up their hands)

Those of you who felt the power centers to be in the feet must, at this point in time, work very closely with Mother Nature. For at least five minutes each day, you must touch Mother Nature with bare feet. Empower the center and do not give it any purpose or function. The center will align with Mother Nature’s needs.

Those who felt the power center in the palms of their hands?

I felt it in both hands and feet.

Use only one. If you use both, you will neutralize each other, bringing you in balance certainly, but no attainment of purpose will be served. So when you are working with Mother Nature, do not activate this power center.

Those who felt the power center in the palms of their hand, you need to work, at present, emanating this energy to humanity at large. The power centers will go to painful pockets of energy. If you are passing places like hospitals, graveyards or any other place where you know there can be pockets of pain, activate the power center and allow it to emanate. That is all you need to do.

Although the power centre was in my heart, I felt the power radiating from my heart and not my palms.

Yes. Because you are radiating to a pocket of pain; so it is the heart that radiates but the power comes from the center.
