ENERGY EXERCISE

With the chant of OM breathe in the energy of the core of the earth from the root chakra, up towards the crown, and at the sound of MMMM release this energy from the crown into the Universe.
Sit with your legs slightly apart so that the root chakra is not at all constricted.

Now begin normal breathing, very deep and very slow.

We are going to work with Solar Energy… the energy of the Sun, bringing in the spring, a new blossoming, a new awakening within us. But before we begin, if you are doing this exercise, then take a moment of self-honour, for you have earned this solar energy. You have used the energy broom in a manner that is skillful. You have taken strides, which are significant and positive, towards complete self responsibility. You now are a being of self-reliance. You have been able to cut the umbilical cord between you and an external master. You have become whichever master energy you wish to be in any moment in time. And if this exercise reaches you today or any day before March 21st, you must give yourself this moment of self-honour.

Internally command “Solar Energies of my highest being, form a radiant ball of light 2 feet above my crown chakra.” Allow the ball to be formed completely. Open you yourself fully and completely. Understand that we are clearing up physical debris, having already worked hard at the energy debris.

Let all your tissues, muscles, glands, cells, expand to their fullest for this exercise. Expand physically… open yourself up.

Each time you breathed in the earth core energies you brought your physical being to the required level of strength again to go into the next cycle of the clearance.

I wished to know why we had used solar energies for this exercise and Self made me aware that the memory of our highest self, our truest self, our most complete, untainted, non-forgotten self rests completely in our solar energy. That is why it is the Sun which fuels the Earth because as it shines its radiance upon us, it constantly reminds our lower beings of who we really are. Complete consciousness of our divine selves rests in our solar energies.
