Energy Exercise 2:  Ellaeenah

Touch your partner above the ears and send energy into the partner’s pineal gland. Completely cover your partner’s ears. Be aware of your sending and your receiving. If there is heat, try to endure it. If there is giddiness, send the energy down through the body and soak it into your feet.

Send with force. Now send your energy also with your third eye into the third eye of your partner.

Now let your intuition work for the next step. Wherever you instantly feel your partner needs healing, do not ask, do not wait for conformation, place your hands upon the spot and begin healing. Intuitively you will know where your partner requires the healing. Place your hands and start the healing.

Continue this healing. As you heal the spiritual helpers guiding you and with you will slowly fill you with a small portion of CRYSTALLINE ENERGY. If there is any tremor, do not be worried. Small portion of crystalline energy now enters you.

(To the people on the stage) Those seated here, place your hands upon your crown for only a few seconds and then take in your crystalline energy.

If you get any message, any thought, any feeling about your partner, you may exchange that, softly with your partner, after the exercise is over. Do not hesitate to say whatever you know.

End the exercise with a warm embrace. Feel the joining of self to self.

It is not by mere chance that your partner was with you. You and your partner have to share and you will know in later conversation why this partner was chosen for you. You are given few minutes to share with your partner whatever thoughts and feelings you received, which you know you must tell your partner. Do not keep back any insight. What you say might be very relevant for your partner, even if it might seem inconsequential for you.

I wonder if you can see how expanded your light has become.

Feel this feeling of lightness that has entered your heart. There is a joy and a smile on each one’s face. You have made for yourself an energy friend. Exchange of energies like this go a very long way in ensuring that no energy is completely isolated.

Crystalline energy is co – dependent. This does not mean that you cling and depend upon others. Do you all understand what co- dependence is?

No.

You can neither only give, nor can you only receive. It is only when the entire circuit is complete, that the energy will flow in crystalline structure. You can do this on your own, regularly or even when you come here weekly. To start a co – dependant energy circuit with different people, binding yourselves to them, a bond of energy cannot be broken. The more you strengthen this bond the more you can call upon your energy partner to heal you. Such healing flows very quickly because it has to take the path of an energy circuit that has already been forged.
