Keeper of the Illumined Energy greets you. It is time to take your training little further. Today, you will experience energies of different parts of your own body. It is only when you can become completely sensitive to each and every physical cell that you can take this further and become sensitive to another.

First, you will raise your energies again. Open eyes. Unblinking stare. Attempt it. Unblinking. Now breathe in through your eyes. Breathe in through your eyes. Blink once. Open eyes. Breathe in through your eyes. Blink once. Open your mouths. Breathe in through your mouths. Continue breathing in till I have counted 20. Do not breathe out. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. No, you have already breathed out. Open your mouths and breathe it in. Breathe only inwards. 1 2 3 4 5. No. Some mouths are not open. You’re breathing in through the normal channel of the nose. We do not wish you to use that channel yet. Open your mouths. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 (26 seconds) Release. Once again open mouth.  1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20. Release. Now even more difficult. Continue only breathing out till the count of 10. Only breathe outwards. Open mouth. 1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10. (10 seconds) Breathe in. Breathe out. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. Breathe. Now breathe through your hand chakras. Intentionally, pull in and push out. Your human forms will naturally inhale and exhale through normal channels. It will do its task. Do not focus upon that. Focus upon palms. Pull energy in. Push it out. Pull energy in. Push it out. Pull energy in. Push it out. Pull energy in. Push it out. Pull energy in, in, in, in, in, in. Do not release it from the hands at all. Now breathe from the soles of your feet. As you do with your hands, breathe in and push it out. Breathe in. Push it out. Breathe in. Push it out. Breathe in. Push it out. Breathe in. Push it out. Breathe in, in, in, in, in, in. Do not release from the soles. Remain still. Unmoving, for a few moments to let crystalline energy again into you in a small fraction, that portion that you will be able to accept. Still.

Now place your hands upon your knees. Different people will do this in different ways. But each will get an answer. Some will see. Some will feel. Some will hear. Some will think. And some will not know how but they will just know. What is the colour of the energy in your knees? (Pause) For most, it is a dark black, brown, gray or deep red. Your knees hold in your fears, your anger, your loneliness, and your jealousies. Now you know that when you want to release this it is not only from the chakras but also from the storehouse of this energy. Several of you in this room at all points of time find that your knees begin to hurt. You give yourself the excuse that you sat in a wrong posture for a while. There is no posture that can bring about physical ailment unless the area has already been weakened due to energy.

Now place your hands upon your upper arms thus. Which word of all the words that I will speak, sound right for you? Open, fresh, airy, closed, closet, dark, fear, alone, lonely, judgement, opinion, narrow, wide, expanse, embrace, tall, small, big, narrow. What is the colour of your answer? If you will be able to do this on yourself, you will find that most of the words showed that you were closing yourself in. There is not adequate expansion. When you sit thus (hugging oneself closely), is there a feeling of comfort? Do you feel good? Yes, you do. That is because you have very effectively closed yourself from the world. When you have done this, when you feel comfortable, closed in, how can you not expect loneliness in your life?

Now take your hands down to your thighs. Ask the thigh energy to show you its strength. Is there a strong tingling response? Is it weak and hardly noticeable? When your thighs are so weak, how will they carry you?

Place your hands on your forehead. First place it thus. Experience what you feel when you have placed your hands thus. Not upon the cheeks, upon the temples of your forehead. Now place them thus (one hand on the forehead and one hand at the back of the head). Experience it. Which position of the hands is more comfortable? Take time. Do it several times if you wish but find the correct comfort. It is vital that you know it correctly. (Pause) For those of you where there was comfort in this (one hand on the forehead and one hand at the back of the head), you mind has placed a tight band around you. You are comfortable with this tight band and this hand posture makes you feel the comfortable pressure of the tight band. For those who found comfort in this posture (palms on the temples), there is a feeling of a sense of burden. Expansion is not comfortable for you. You want to make it smaller. You’re wondering why for none of these I have pointed out any positive indication. You do not need your hands for positive indication. Your heart is enough. When your heart leaps with elation, you know that there is positive energy.

You are so keen on release but you don’t know what to release. Now only these parts are enough. We will not go and experience energies of chakras. When energies have been changed to crystalline, chakras will not indicate correct energy patterns. They are in flux. So do not try to feel the energy of your chakras and then say, “I think I am in total confusion”. Leave the chakras. Only feel the parts that we have taught you. Furthermore, whenever you are feeling particularly angry, irritable, despondent, experience the energies of this part (knees). Remember them. They will be a vital clue when you place your hand on another’s knee. Does it remind you of what you have once experienced, and what was the feeling that brought on this energy?

You must remember to do this also when you feel happy; your day has gone right for you. When someone has said something in praise which has made you smile. When there is a sense of achievement. What does the energy feel like? What is the difference? Remember it. This time remember it, not in order to experience someone else’s; remember it, so that you bring about the same memory when your energy is not in balance. Then you can use this memory to overcome that moment. And then do this exercise when there is superiority, judgement. A good time would be when you read your morning newspaper. Aah! Now you have become smarter. You do not voice your judgements, you only think them. (Laughter) Now instantly feel the energy. Hold that newspaper with one hand. Read that which has bothered you. Do not make an attempt to stop that judgement. Judge. In fact, if you judge it aloud, the energy will be strong enough for you to experience. Experience the energy at that moment and then experience the energy after an hour and you will find that the energy has become dense. That which you thought of an hour earlier has not only linked with you, it has even worsened your energy, which you will carry with you for the rest of the day, and then draw to you, judgement. So in your workplace, your superior might find you lacking. Your work will not be up to the mark and you will know, if not from words, from looks, that you’re being judged as incompetent, inefficient. And YOU have drawn that to you because it is that energy that is in you. What is outside is attracted to what is inside. As soon as that energy runs within your DNA, it MUST, and there is no stopping it, it must flow into your grid. If your grid, as explained to you by your Masters, have large squares, that energy will flow out and you will be responsible for adding to denseness in the environment. If your grid is very fine, the energy will not go out, it will stay within your grid, solidifying and then it becomes your responsibility to clean out this waste matter.

You see how a stray thought that you couldn’t even catch on time has its consequences? You have all grown. You are now able to control your actions. You are now able to control your harsh words. But your thoughts, those little wisps of smoke, they escape.

So do this everyday. Experience yourselves. Now do not berate,” Oh! I have black energy in my knees. I am truly bad.’ ‘I did not feel. I am insensitive’.
