ENJOY/ LIGHTEN UP.
ST. GERMAINE
Two messages I will give and I will explain. One is “enjoy” and the other is “lighten up”. But what does enjoy mean? The prefix “en” signifies “to make happen”, “to cause”, “to happen”. It signifies action. En- joy. Make joy. And how do you make joy? She’s so serious, how can she make joy? She (Kaushal) is looking at me as though I am going to give some profound explanation. The only profound explanation is to laugh and she sat there, clutched hands, waiting. You understand about being so serious, now you can enjoy what I am saying. As you listen, as you imbibe, you begin to actually create joy. Yes, this may sound funny and humorous but it is a continuation of the manifestation lessons that you are receiving. I have chosen to teach you how to manifest and create joy.
The Masters have told you to be joy, to live in joy but to be it, to live it, you must first create it and this creation is the simplest of all. It only needs the energy of laughter. We will go through a very unusual meditation just now where you will laugh with each part of your body. You will laugh, yes with your mouth, but that energy you will transmit to different parts of your body and make them laugh. And as you transmit this energy to different parts, you will begin to create waves that will run through your auric bodies. When you come out of that meditation, it will be difficult for you to stop smiling because ALL your bodies will be in joy.
Second message was “lighten up”. When you’re so serious, your energy becomes dense. You cannot radiate light. Lighten up means to radiate light. Become a Christmas tree, glowing and sparkling with all the gifts and angels and lights and fairies. Do you know the symbol of a Christmas tree? You never thought of that, did you? You just continue with a ritual of a Christmas tree. Why that particular tree? Why do you not get another tree? Maybe a sturdy oak that could spell strength. What about a palm that sways in the breeze, having no cares and no worries? They could do very well, so why this tree?
It is a tree that goes straight. It reaches at its top, a peak but its branches look downwards. As you grow tall and straight in stature, the energies of all your beings come to one focal point but at every moment you are aware of the earthly dimension of which you are a vital part. You don’t look upwards into the sky and get lost in spiritual realms. It urges you to stay grounded. Its strength is not like the strength of the oak. The oak has a stubborn strength. It is unyielding in its power. From the oak you learn determination and will that does not end. From your Christmas tree, you learn compromise. You learn to bend because if you bend to a strong wind, the wind will pass by and you will again come back, straight and tall. It is the unyielding oak that is broken by the strong wind. Your Christmas tree may bend till its top almost touches the ground but as soon as the strong winds have died down, slowly it comes back. It has won victory over the storm. So every year you are reminded to compromise, to accept that others are also right. Every year you are reminded to gather your scattered energies and focus them to whatever goal you desire. That is a new year resolution, not the silly things you say, “I must not drink”, “I must not smoke”. “I must be good to all”. No wonder you don’t keep your resolutions, they are stupid. Gather your scattered energies.
What is the goal that you aspire to reach, as you grow taller in the next 12 months? Every year it reminds you to be grounded, to look down in humility, not to turn your gaze upward in vanity. It would be so easy for the Christmas tree to be proud but it is not. It humbly bends its branches, bowing in respect to the Earth Mother who has helped it grow. So you are reminded once a year to bow in humility to all those who have helped you grow. It urges you, for one day, to review the past 12 months and to bow your head in reverence, in humility because they have helped you grow. They may have brought aid and help, succour and comfort. They may have also brought worry and tension, anger and frustration, hatred and enmity. But they brought it so that you could grow. The sun’s rays can scorch and burn. Are they not needed for growth?
So lighten up. Enjoy. How seriously you take everything, your relationships, your work, your study. There is no fun left in you and then you say Germain does not come. Germain needs fun. He is not like the serious one. So let us have fun. Let us today enjoy.
At the end, you will all have lightened up because that energy will radiate out your own light.
So sit in whatever way you want, it need not be comfortable.(Laughter) You may shut your eyes or open them or squint or wink or make passes at her. It is all part of the meditation. Now begin to laugh. Laugh aloud and as you laugh, send this laughter to your toes, to your feet. What laughter is this? Ha ha ha ha ha ha. Ha ha ha ha. To your feet and your legs and your knees.(Laughter throughout)
Send it now to your thighs Send it to your abdomen. To your inner organs. Now send it to your chest and to your heart.. Send it now to your upper arms and let it flow to your fingers. Send it now to your throat. You have all started coughing? Suddenly the coughs have arisen? Throat makes you think of sickness. Now send it to your ears, your nose, your eyes, your teeth. Now let it go into your skull, your brain, every single cell of your brain. Let it go in. Now feel the energy. Your expansion can be felt by you. The light can be radiated now. Why get so serious? Have fun!
