Breaking the Cycle

A Mother Wound Healing Intensive

A workshop with Ellaeenah JadeFire

The mother wound is not simply about the relationship you had with your mother. It is about the emotional imprint that shaped how you see yourself, how safe you feel in relationships, what you believe you deserve, and how easily you receive love, abundance, joy and success.

Many of us spend years believing we are "too sensitive," "too needy," "not enough," or that we must constantly prove our worth. We become the caretaker, the achiever, the peacemaker, the perfectionist, or the one who never asks for help. We repeat patterns we never consciously chose.

This workshop is an invitation to gently uncover those patterns, understand where they came from, release the emotional energy that continues to fuel them, and begin creating a new relationship with yourself - one that is rooted in compassion, authenticity and inner safety.

This is not a workshop about blaming mothers. Our mothers, too, were shaped by their own wounds, their own upbringing and the generations before them. This journey is about understanding inherited patterns, releasing what no longer serves you, and consciously choosing a different path.

It is about healing yourself so that the cycle no longer continues through you.

During This Six-Hour Immersion You Will

  • Discover how early emotional experiences shape your self-worth, relationships, boundaries, confidence, emotional safety and ability to receive.

  • Reconnect with the inner child that adapted, protected, pleased, achieved, withdrew or remained invisible simply to feel loved or accepted.

  • Identify hidden emotional patterns and recognise unconscious beliefs and survival strategies that continue to influence your decisions, relationships and life today.

  • Release stored emotional energy through guided healing processes, meditation, energy work and carefully designed experiential exercises

  • Re-parent yourself

  • Leave with practical tools, personal insights and healing practices that you can continue using long after the workshop has ended.

Let’s Heal Together

Healing the mother wound is not about changing the past. It is about changing the relationship you have with yourself today. When you heal the part of you that believed you had to earn love, silence your needs, carry everyone else's burdens, or become someone else to belong, you begin to experience life differently. Healing doesn't erase your story. It changes the way your story lives within you.
