A randomised controlled trial by Dr. Dawson Church published in the Journal of Nervous and Mental Disease found a 24.2% reduction in cortisol after a single EFT session. The control groups, including standard talk therapy, showed no significant change. A 2013 study of military veterans with PTSD found that after six EFT sessions, 90% experienced surprisingly huge reduction in their symptoms.

This is a full, structured, in-depth workshop where you will leave knowing not just what EFT is, but how to use it precisely, confidently, and effectively on yourself.
We understand the neuroscience that EFT is based upon. We learn every tapping point and why it exists. We build Setup Statements that actually create shifts. We do a live group tapping round together. And we design a daily practice that fits your specific stress pattern.

Module 1
The neuroscience of EFT
Why stress and trauma get stuck in the body, how the amygdala-hypothalamus-adrenal-cortisol chain actually works, and how tapping interrupts it.
Module 4
Live group tapping round
We tap together on a universal issue. This is the experiential core of the workshop. You'll experience firsthand what a real session feels like.
Module 2
The complete tapping map
All nine major points, their locations, their corresponding meridians, and what each one is associated with emotionally.
Module 5
Your personal practice
A three-round daily protocol (morning, spot, and evening).
Module 3
The Setup Statement
The most critical part of EFT. And often the least taught and spoken of. You'll learn the specificity principle, and how to build a Setup Statement through sensation, memory, or belief that the nervous system can actually work with.
