OVERCOMING FEAR Your First Step Towards Self-Empowerment Over the past three years, I have had more clients talking to me about deep fears than in the past. My one facet is that of Niloufer, the name I was born with, the name that I lived with for over three decades, the name in which I experienced pain, wounding that lay deep within, no one understanding it, not even me. The Inner Child and The Adult Would you be surprised if we told you that most adults are not adults? No, this is not a judgement; it’s a fact.
