We compromise more than we should. We tell ourselves it’s not a big deal. But gradually, something begins to change. Resentment begins to build. Emotional exhaustion appears. Self-doubt grows quietly in the background. And a subtle feeling emerges that we are no longer living fully in alignment with ourselves. Many people are already aware of some of their patterns. Yet the pattern continues. Why? Because understanding a pattern intellectually is not the same as seeing the deeper forces that keep it in place.
