Here is an Energy Enhancement Program that helps you to build and strengthen your energy matrix in the comfort of your own home. 

The Energy Enhancement Program involves 

(i) clearance of chakric debris (this must always be the foundation of every energy routine) 

(ii) healing the inner child and freeing yourself of wounds

(iii) balancing the shiva shakti energies 

(iv) gathering soul fragments 

(v) scanning your body for energy blocks/ ailments 

(vi) expanding the energy fields 

The Energy Enhancement Program is for both beginners and those who have already done prior energy work. It can also be modified to suit your specific needs. 

It is conducted through energy exercises, each energy exercise to be done over the period of days specified. The exercises may be accompanied by affirmations and healing frequencies that open up brain centers and strengthen the energy fields.    

The exercises and frequencies will be emailed to you as audio files and you will need to download them on your computer, listen to them each day, and allow them to lead you into energy acceleration and expansion.
